On the topic of feeling like a failure, something I will say is that the feeling of failure will follow you up until the point that you acknowledge your agency in feeling otherwise. You can rewire your self-perception (since feelings of failure flow down stream from the way you perceive yourself), but this requires consistent effort and the realisation that these feelings of yours are not a foregone conclusion, but malleable and subject to the way in which you wish to view yourself.
Some things which can help in this:
    1. Ironically, though your self-perception IS to an extent a function of your own efforts, the manner in which your life plays out is not. It is true of course that there is some correspondence between the things we do and the outcomes we experience, but if you over-ascribe your perceived failures to your own actions, then it becomes very difficult to overcome this self-perception, and you lose out on the opportunity to recognise the blessing from God which permeate your life in unexpected and sometimes unobservable ways.
    2. Define better metrics by which to measure your failure/success, and then re-evaluate your performance and trajectory according to those new metrics. The first step in this is to not try to extrapolate too far out from your current life, and say "I must be doing X by 30, and have achieved Y and Z." This provides no room for predestination to enter into the equation, and deprives you of the ability to appreciate that God's plan, the infinitely wise one whose plan will always supersede yours, may have other things in store for you. Instead, set general goals that you can audit yourself on as to whether you are moving toward them, and allow yourself the flexibility to modify goals according to changing priorities. I would also say that a person who is making progress on their spiritual and religious goals is more likely to feel as though their primary goals are being fulfilled, rather than the more vacuous, worldly goals which tend to dominate our everyday lives.
    3. Be more conscious about the way you speak to yourself. Even if you don't actually speak to yourself, you will either internally use specific language to describe and frame yourself, or will speak ABOUT yourself to others in a way which has consequences for the way you view yourself. If you investigate the language that you use, you can begin to make changes that can help substantially in changing your self-perception, and moving away from these persistent feelings of failure.
Enjoying your content akhi, may God facilitate for you.

I get you, the constant feeling of inadequacy and seeking doing greater things and the constant stress when your not quite there yet, like you said its managing expectations and maybe being content with that.
    hope GPST going well
