    Great practice, I likely need to do more of dragon to keep my sciatica away :-)
    I got a bit curious about the watch you have, what kind is that? does it vibrate when time is out? I like to find something suitable for when I do some of my own practice, for the moment I have the alarm on my phone but that is a bit annoying.

      I use an Apple Watch and I love the timer. It gently buzzes my wrist… so much better than any other yoga timer

    When doing any kind of dragon pose I can’t get my foot to the top of the mat, any suggestions

    • @DeviDalyYoga
      @DeviDalyYoga  ปีที่แล้ว

      Blocks under the hands can make more space for your legs to get into position, however It is also perfectly fine to keep the foot farther back in dragon as long as you’re comfortable there.
