    Hey Lui, thanks for your great videos. I found that to get to ServiceNow is a bit difficult as I don't see many jobs advertised. How one gets experience? Is this just the matter of practicing in your PDI? Why do I need NeedIt? Is this just for prcaticng before I can develop in Global app? Many thanks for your time and advice

      Hi ,
      First off thank you for becoming a channel member! In terms of how one gain experience does, the best advise I can give you is to practice! What might help, is that ServiceNow offers personal developer instances for free so you can practice and learn. You can access a PDI at this link: developer.servicenow.com/dev.do - Also, ServiceNow is also currently offering a promotion where you can enroll in their basic training course for free if you register by October 30. This course (ServiceNow Fundamentals - nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=learning_path_prev&path_id=6b78901c1b748050b1c7fe631a4bcb73 ) is an amazing introduction to how to use ServiceNow. If you are interested in getting jobs as a ServiceNow admin or developer, I’d suggest you start with the Certified System Administrator certification. This would qualify you for jobs as an admin. Based on my experience, there are a ton of ServiceNow Jobs available. You can search on indeed.com or other major platforms and see the large number of jobs. ServiceNow as a platform is continually growing and ServiceNow is actively trying to add on new modules and capabilities (i.e. Environmental, Sustainability & Governance and Process Automation) which is typically a good sign when determining whether you should pursue related jobs.     How to add 'Clear Value' Or 'Reset' button on catalog item form.
    If it is possible by UI action then which table I have to use?

      Hi there, you can indeed build a UI action that clears a form. Here is an article that outlines how you can do this: www.jds.net.au/servicenow-catalog-client-scripts-g_form-clear-values/ - In terms of the table, you want to check which record you want to apply the UI action to.
