There was a lot of helpful information in this video. I definitely have been dealing with food addiction and many issues with food for many years. I used to weight 430lbs and have lost 100lbs so far but a lot of that weight loss has been a struggle and I was even brought to the hospital after passing out when i didn't eat or drink anything for five days because I thought I needed to punish myself for not losing enough weight. I'm still dealing with it everyday, which is one reason I came across your video. It frustrates me when people in my own family don't support me by saying food addiction isn't real or that I should "just" stop eating so much junk. If they knew what it was like inside my mind for just one day I think they would see things differently.

Congrats for your progress. I am sorry you are not finding more support from your family. Emotional eating and food addiction are very real.

Has given me African eating disorder because I have depleted the 80 it’s giving me histamine intolerance and acathisia I am on a very limited diet I’ve only been able to eat a handful of food there a date I get so sad about it that I’ve been cheating and I Fricken purge by vomiting because I miss food so much but I can’t have it no matter what I want to do right now because MobileCal not let me eat food anymore without having a stupid reaction.

I am sorry about that. I know histamine intolerance diet is strict and the food must be freshly prepared. From what I remember, there are some foods on the list that help increase our feel good chemicals (some fruits and vegetable and rice and almonds-almonds help gut health), you can try eating more of those. What did you find most helpful from the video?

@@DocSnipes would you do a video on the gut and brain axis on how conditions like Sibo, leaky gut, Candida overgrowth and how the standard American diet with processed foods, environmental and genetics like the mthfr are the key factors in mental and physical health leading to inflammation and sick organs? The doctors abruptly stopped a 12 year taken as prescribed kolonopin that’s why I became food intolerant is the benzodiazepine depleted my daily and was a Mast Cell stabiliser. I now know why meds didn’t work we’ve got to heal the body and address depleted nutrition
