- morning and night skin care -floss after brushing teeth -at least 1 minute stretching/calisthenics -read at least one page+ (double habit) sit in front of sun lamp -declutter 5 min every morning -eat 3 meals a day -go walk outside for at least 5 min It mostly is about setting up my environment in a way that it is easy for me for reach for my habits. To have a visual of the book or the yoga mat. to have my floss best to my toothbrush. -call a friend at least once a week -say how you feel in the moment
I also can't deny that I'm messy. But cleaning and seeing my room tidy for the first time in months really is rejuvenating. It feels good to wake up to a clean room, and it also clears up a lot of mental space. Hope we keep this up, Happy New Year Jas and Calvin and kitties!!

I enjoyed this video a lot! Thank you for sharing! I have also lived with my partner a few years now… and divvying up the chores is a tough one yet to master. It’s part of my goals this year too to have more short periods of time cleaning that add up! But also to have some plans made together to help support each other! 💞
As an easier way of keeping on top of my wardrobe at the beginning of every year I turn my coat hangers around so hook from the back then throughout the year as I use things put them away hanging from the front. Then at the end of the year I can see what I have and haven’t worn
This year I really want to continue dedicating myself to my physical and mental health as well as begin working on figuring out and actually starting to take steps into a career for my future
