Hey since you’re a dancer and choreographer and stuff I was curious to what you thought about the African American woman named Cierra Nichols that said Lilifilm 3s choreography was taken from her video to the same song? Just wondering how much weight you think that holds and if you can look at the two videos and just say what you think? I know the choreo wasn’t done by Lisa and I’m wondering if you think the similarities are coincidence? I guess Cierra posted her video a year before Lilifilm 3 was posted... and the choreographer cheshir who did these Lilifilms actually follows Cierra on social media. Cierra is getting a lot of hate from blinks so I’m just wondering your take and if it’s actually similar... or if it just is accidental! Thx!!!

Lisa is such a humble girl. She doesn't want to outshine other members when they're performing together.
I think she also holds back dancing so it's easier to have stable vocals and energy for rapping
How will she sing and synchronise if she has this type of choreo. Moreover that song doesn't fit here. So I think he is wrong in comparing hylt choreo to this.
This is solely dance focused so ofcourse this will be best dancing and for kpop choreo singing and choreo has to be optimised.
I wouldn't really call it outshine, the other girls in BP probably can't keep up, with a big maybe for Rosé since she seems the 2nd best dancer in the group.
That said, an idol group doesn't usually employ crazy choreos that push their dance skills, you have to remember that they got to sing as well. And sure, most groups have backing tracks or even lip sync, but to go full blast in these dances for a concert? For multiple songs? And singing? That's a lot of work and it takes it's toll on them both mentally and physically. I'm sure there are groups and solo artists who can pull it all off, but those are usually special cases.

She's part of a Dance Crew in Thailand since she was a little girl. She auditioned for YG at the age of 14 and beat 3,999 people in her audition, making her the first foreign trainee in YG.

Must admit this is my sixth time watching Jeff's reaction to Lili Film. *He is so technical.* I mean you can really tell that he is a performer himself! Other reactions I've watched prior this mostly talked about how cool is the setup, the outfit, Lisa's pretty face *but Jeff be talking about sharpness, details, levels, precision,* like deym this is how reaction video should be! Destiny It’s not a shade to other members, there are lots of gg main dancers who holds back dancing so they could match with their members. Lisa doesn’t give her very best when she’s performing with BLACKPINK because like they all said they want to be seen as a group, they want to be equal, vocal or dances and even that having a “leader” thing

Also at 18:23 yepp that's her Choreographer - Cheshir Ha, She was in the video with Lisa because this is probably the last choreography she's teaching Lisa because she's moving to Germany after this! But she's the mastermind behind all these amazing choreographies that you watched!
Also for your review at the end, she did a show called Youth with You 2, ( it's like a Chinese version of produce 101), like she was a mentor on it, so she gave the girls on the show some advice in which she says that you can be a very good dancer individually but when you dance together as a team you need to be a good dancer collectively, like you're not supposed to leave the group behind, so I assume that's what she does for the Blackpink Choreographies because if you happen to see the rest of the MVs you can see she's good but still matches the level of the other girls as well so it looks good as a cohesive whole. Not saying that the other girls aren't good but it's possible that choreography is kept comparatively simple, keeping in mind that they have to sing live and other factors as well.

Nope. You haven’t probably seen some of her videos on stage performances where she forgot to hold back. The difference is very clear. Lisa always tones down to maintain balance for the sake of the group.
She has to hold herself back so that she matches the group energy as well as has stamina for singing while dancing. It will be weird if she dances more prominently then her members in performance. It will look odd and not synchronised

Lisa makes everything look so easy. But that's the thing that makes her such a great performer, making things look easy that are actually difficult to do. I felt it in my knees every time she dropped low on the 3rd film. God, plus the heels, it was such a killer! But Lisa made it look so damn easy.
Lisa's dance moves are so precise and clean and her body control is just amazing. Also her presence is just too powerful. Anyways Thank you so much for reacting though new subbie here.

Attention in youth with you 2 because that show all her facial expressions and stage presence very well.
I think watching these he can really appreciate her amazing stage presence. But from dancing point of view there's nothing to look at - for example swalla (esp. version 1) is one of the easiest dances I've ever seen in kpop. Same for other things like senorita - it's extremely easy so idk
He should check out 'take me' the choreo is really interesting and different than what Lisa usually dances to

Lisa love to emphasis on details,,, even the smallest ones and that's what she impart with the trainees when she became a mentor... Viewers well only see you once so you need to give your everything on it... But in Lisa's case viewers watch her over and over again because of how good it is... Thank u...

In "Youth With You" a Chinese idol program that Lisa was part of earlier this year as a Dance Mentor, she mentions how it's important to be cohesive as a group from which a lot of us gathered that she holds herself back in order to be at level with her members. I saw them live twice and during the encore for the concert when they're just messing around we got a glimpse of Lili, she's real wavey a whole vibe.
Lisa is a natural dancer. Shes part of a dance group when shes still little. Recently Lisa also participate as Dance Mentor in a Chinese Idol Competition. Shes that good. What something Lisa good at..thats her Expressions while dancing

The thing about Lisa , Lisa is a really good dancer I even believe she is the best female dancer in whole Kpop and yes there a good dancers in Kpop but they always lack the clean moves and sometimes they try to force their moves to be good unlike Lisa ! I like Rose's dance moves although she's not as genius as Lisa for creativity in dancing. And they are both beautiful together with Jiso.
But tbh, I'm not a fan of BP but I idolises the three of them for their individuality. Esp Jisoo and Rose's voices.

Lisa is not the kind of dancer who are made 'cause she's a natural born kind of a dancer according to Parris Goebel and she started dancing when she was 4. Btw you should react to blackpink debut dance performance which is choreographed by Parris too.

The first song is Malamente bt Rosalía! She is a spanish singer, she’s from my city actually hahah, and does the spanish genre named Flamenco. Flamenco is very traditional and it’s most prominent in the south of Spain, it includes a lot of claps and wrist turns lol. Rosalía studied it for a long time, and was the first one to give it a twist. She put urban beats to it and gave it a totally different vibe, she’s the queen of modern flamenco :)
Loved your analysis! I think they have to “tone” her down a bit when she’s performing with black pink to match the to others’ dance skills. Lili Film really allows her to showcase her full potential(which seems to be getting better each and every time). She’s no doubt one of the top dancers in the industry.
Lilifilm hasn't shown her full potentials yet. The girl can also do a mid 'freeze' like b-boy type or tumbling with one hand as well as literally jump straight back from lying position to her toes. She is that flexible.

The best thing I like about Lisa and take her as my inspiration is cuz the moves she does in any dances, they are just so SMOOTH.... doesn't looks like she is pressuring and forcing to dance. So the moves looks like very easy but when you'll try to do it's WAY MORE HARDER THAN YOU THINK. She just feels the music, I love her señorita cover using the chair as a prop....check it out.

must say i love your commentaries. Watched quite a lot of reaction clips from the others, but none of those are as detailed breaking down the choreography, moves, the beats, the skills/muscle strength required.

When she's dancing without the other members, it's the time she could actually let her all out. She's very smooth and detailed. Sometimes I even think that she's not even dancing but instead it's just natural and she didn't try too hard that her dance looks effortless. Also, I don't think she ever overdance a choreography. She puts the right amount of sharpness and effort onto the dance.
I hope you can give a reaction to other dance performance that she does. For examples, Taki Taki, Take Me, Swalla, the one with Choi Tamzin and Attention.
You are a professional in this aspect so I want to see what's your opinion about other genres of dance that she does. Looking forward it !! (If u want to do it tho) lol
Lisa is Thai Jeff and not sure you saw my comment but yea Lisa is being the standard when she dose BP choreography it's kind of the opposite of what Taeyong does as most his members fit in the dance line he has more freedom to show his style though it still gets him notice while Yuta really is main dancer in my head but id say most people would only put Rosé in there with Lisa as dance line but Jennie is still in their for me because I know what she's capable of and our jisoo is no slouch she gets better every year but none are exactly on Lisa level if she dances full out doing BP choreography I just think she likes to be clean and a blue print she's not someone who wants to make her members look less then also watch them Live BP isn't built to just dance at music shows they are built for live shows to show personality on stage and have fun.

Sejun is the leader of the group he is the Main Rapper, Lead Vocalist and the Composer of all of thier songs. Josh is the oldest member his turning 27 this October. He is also the lead Rapper and Dancer (fun fact Josh and Stell was in a team before a kpop dance group called Se-On this group won many awards plus they already went in Korea to participate and. The thing that Lisa makes one of the best kpop dancers, is she is so fluid and effortless her movements are optimum powerful even if she is 45kg.. She is very tall(167 cm)... She has to control her tall body and that is so difficult.. If you are not in precision, or not controlling your movements, it looks completely messy.. But Lisa does those dance moves with such an ease, it may seem very easy, but it is very difficult in my opinion.. She makes the dance look very easy..
That is why she is one of the best..
