      @@PaPa-ko1vg if he is caught out lying through his teeth, which he has as I have caught him out on lies now countless times throughout each episode, or in some cases at the very least he has stretched the truth or manipulated such negative events or statements to meet his own objectives fuelled by hatred in order to bring people down for their beliefs. Out of pure hate. This is wrong! He clearly does not know what he is talking about and the entire thing is based of endless assumptions made about this practise due to his own lack of understanding and knowledge on the matters he is preaching. Leave the Ismaili people alone! And they in turn will leave you alone which they have been doing for years, they keep to themselves and you should do the same. It is so simple to have peace in a society, have some respect. If you disagree with their way of practise just ignore it. Don’t try and destroy the entire thing due to personal hatred. Which is exactly what he wants to do. Imagine if someone did that to your own way of practise. How would this make you feel? Disgusting behaviour

      There are some Shias who have corrupt beliefs, especially in India and Pakistan. But, that does not make the Shia fiqh incorrect. It is Shirk to believe that Maula Ali (as) is God Nauzobillah as per Shia Twelver faith. That is a Nusairi belief. He is an Imam and a guide after Prophet Muhammad (saww), thats it.

    There is a very important point that you either deliberately ignored or inadvertently overlooked, and that is the British connection. I don't know enough to draw a conclusion but it is a fact that the British tried very hard to corrupt and divide the ardent Muslims that existed at the time of India take over by the British to minimize the Indian resistance. Maybe you can elaborate on this. How could the agha khan roam around Europe womanizing and enjoying life if his followers were to adhere to traditional clothing? He had to make them look like himself so that they wouldn't criticize him. It would slowly look normal. But I see a British hand in this also.

      @shaazlalani8700 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you ask Salim to elaborate he will not do this for you in the comments. But your comment is very interesting, I am British and I do not agree to what the British have done in the world when the British empire had control over many countries including India. My mother is Indian and my father is from Kenya, therefore I am the first generation to be born in the west. Naturally, I conformed to some British ways such as dress. Let me remind everyone that in the prayer hall, it is now an opinion to wear traditional clothing. Women still put the head scarf on and men still wear their traditional clothing if they want too. And I think everyone should have the right to choose. A lot of people like the way people dress in the west, I know I do. Even in less economically developed countries such as India, men wear suits and woman wear dresses, it is seen all over the world, not just in the west. And after all, it’s just cloths isn’t it? It’s all material stuff that doesn’t even matter. When you die will you take those cloths with you? Of course not. I know many Muslims that are not Shias that follow this way of living also and no one attacks them in the manner Shias are getting attacked now, and especially on this channel.

And Ismailis do not believe he is God. Take it from an Ismaili like me who questions his faith daily since 2009, I do not agree with some out dated practises however, we do NOT believe the Imam is god. It’s as simple as that. We believe he has the ‘noor of Allah’.
      Also the fact that Mr Lalani stated that ‘Shia’s believe the Imam Ali is God’ is evidence enough to suggest he has the wrong end of the stick completely on this faith and has done for nearly all his life. Which is a sad thought indeed. Let me remind you that this is only HIS interpretation on this matter and people shouldn’t take it as the ultimate truth until they do their own in depth research.

    In 2017 after some years I went to Dedar, ofcourse I was not Ismaili at that moment but I wanted to see what's going on and no one including Aga khan came to know I was not Ismaili.
    This kind of stories are made by Ismailis to delute other Ismalis making them belive that Aga Khan is God or have direct connection with God and see things beyonds human.
    In Ismailism there is a Relegious school, where teachers narrates this kind of stories to children.

Firstly I’m a graduate student so I’m far from unqualified, I would love to have an interview with you, however I am in a different country so this is not possible. If you ever find yourself in the UK please hit me up for a coffee and I’ll be happy to engage in an interview. However let me just ask, what makes me unqualified to you? Because I’m young? Because you think I have lesser knowledge on the esoteric faith you are trying so hard to bring down? So far you have not managed to answer ANY of my questions at all, which only proves to me that you are basing this whole channel on your opinion and not accurate facts! Your interpretation of this faith is unique, but it is only YOUR interpretation and you are trying to pass it off as the truth to thousands who have not been able to do their own research on this faith, which is wrong because it simply is not the way you say it is. You have repeatedly said the wrong terminology which indicates that you are the unqualified one here not me, and when others try and tell you the correct information (not just myself) they get shut down or you simply choose not to engage with those comments, but the comments that do not challenge you, you ask them to “keep them coming”. This is simply not true and what Salim has done is made everyone think the JK is a nightclub. In his own words he uses the word ‘club’ which can be misunderstood by many and assumed to be a nightclub type venue for partying as the main objective. However this is simply not the reality. The prayer hall and social hall are separate spaces. In the hall you are not allowed to swear, wear shoes and the front of the prayer hall faces meca just like any other Islamic place of worship. The atmosphere is absolutely peaceful. Only after the prayers are finished the social hall opens to serve hot Tea and Small refreshments to those who have come out to pray. Some haven’t had their dinner yet as they have come to JK, others in the community are lonely and some are elderly, therefore coming to a place where you can simply just drink some hot Chai with a friend after saying prayers is absolutely beautiful to have. We should cherish every moment possible with those we love and respect, as one day they won’t be there anymore. So as an Ismaili I say with confidence that Salim has tried to stretch the truth. On special occasions yes we dance, but who doesn’t? I think it is very important to have a social aspect to a faith, it keeps the community close to each-other, and only amplifies love and affection.

    I want to clarify that Shia Twelvers do no believe that Imam Ali (as) is God (Nauzobillah). I am a Shia Twelver and have studied Shia Islam. It is Shirk to have this belief. Even if Imam Ali (as) was present during Meraj the Shia belief is definitely not this. It could be an Ismaili belief. Please clarify this in your next video. For Shia Twelvers Imam Ali (as) is Masoom, but is not at the same level as Prophet Muhammad (saww). We definitely believe that Imam Ali (as) is superior to all the other Prophets, but his status is below Prophet Muhammad (saww).

    • @PaPa-ko1vg

      But all other prophets are superior to non-prophets. And Ali r.a was not a prophet. Allah swt praised other prophets by name in the Quran and raised their status. How can Ali r.a be superior to Prophet Musa, Isa, Ibrahim etc. please study more and come to the path and sunnah of Muhammad saw.

    • @SSS-my3bn
      @SSS-my3bn 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@PaPa-ko1vg That is the Shia belief. You may want to disagree with it and thats fine. The main point was that Shia Twelvers don't consider Imam Ali (as) to be God. That was the belief of the Nuseris, Alawis, and now Ismailis. Whether Ali (as) is superior to other Prophets or not is not a very important point. As Muslims, Shias believe in all Prophets of Allah, also believe that Prophet Isa (as) is alive and will come back to this world.

    • @zehra2517
      @zehra2517 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I also want to add that Twelver Shia Muslims do not believe that Allah has any material/physical aspect so any mention of the 'hand of God' or 'face of God' in the Quran is not literal. Allah (SWT) is beyond such a description, and associating any physicality to Allah is also shirk. I would appreciate it if there's a correction on this point as well, and that in the future there is a distinction made between Twelver Shism and Ismailism.

    • @SSS-my3bn
      @SSS-my3bn 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@zehra2517 Absolutely right. The only similarity between Twelver Shias and Ismailis is the belief in Imamat. And the fact that a lot of Twelvers in the West and the Sub-continent are Khojas, just like Ismailis, but that is an ethnic trait. Other than that Twelver Shia's practices are just like any other Sunni (not Salafis/Wahabis). There has to be made a clear distinction between Ismailis and Twelvers and the term Shia should not be loosely used for both.

      Mr Aiyer - here are some pointers you can subtly use to ask your friends: There is constant pressure not to think 'outside the box.' There are continuous events happening either as religious functions, or as Ismaili-centered-social functions and "you'd be wrong not to participate", and this begins while the child is still in the womb! Here's a one year events glimpse - 52Fridays, 4 satada (each 7 days but subtract Fridays so) 24 days, 12 Chandraats, 12 Mowla-jo-rojo 12 Naumi Raats, 12 Bayatul-kahyals, 52 Jumma-raats, 3 life, 3 qurbani, 3 roshnai, 3 Khushiali (I know there are other higher majlasis but I don't know how many and how may times) which total 185 precious days that Ismailis just cannot miss otherwise they'll go to hell. This basically amounts to every other day being a compulsory observance religious day. So you can see the pressure to keep the Agakhanis tightly shut inside the JamatKhanna box and keep them there. They don't even have time to think any otherwise - peer into the flamboyant and philandering lifestyle of their Godly Family - Those are heavenly souls and can do no wrong. If they drink alcohol. it turns into water before the glass even it touches their hand!! And by-the-way the above list does not even include all these other minor Holydays.

    Salim, somewhere in early 80s a person Jafferali Virani from Bandra Mumbai started ILLAHI COMMITTEE inviting Ismailis and others to his lectures on The Right Path to ALLAH’S ISLAM. As you rightly often, say the Ismaili Leaders and Clergy panicked and started looking down on all who listened to him.
    Once just out of curiosity my Grand Father, my Father and I attended one such meet in a Hall in Bandra, close to where we stayed. Had many Ismailis in attendance. Jaffer Virani had calm and peace on his face, speaking softly, no theatrical stunts of raising his voice and physical gestures and not a single word against Aga Khan !!! Attended two more after gaps. Again not a word against Aga Khan !! Only Allah, The Quran, The Prophet and his Hadiths !!! The Ismaili leadership panicked because they felt if reality dawned on the listeners there could be an exodus.

    Salim bhai - your project is most commendable in opening everyone’s eyes to the truth about Ismailism. One point I should correct about the Miraj event you spoke about if I may. The part about the hand of God reaching out to the Prophet being that of Imam Ali being a mainstream Shia belief is untrue. Allah SWT would never manifest himself through a human form. Yadullah or hand of God is a metaphor the Quran uses and tafsir shows it refers to Imam Ali due to his valor in the battlefield, and that is likely the origin of the word as it made its way into the Miraj story. Imam Ali himself vehemently opposed any group that tried to raise his rank to almighty Allah - that is shirk in itself. Please review that part again and make any correction accordingly, thanks

    You are saying that you have done your research and are presenting facts as you have seen. But then you come out with a totally unsubstantiated fakelore regarding what in your opinion all Shias believe happened on the night of Meraj. I would like to point you to chapter 22 of the book "The Message" by an eminent Shia scholar, Ja'far Subhani, that explains Meraj from the beliefs of the Shia school of thought. For your convenience you can read the chapter at www.al-islam.org/the-message-ayatullah-jafar-subhani/chapter-22-meraj-heavenly-ascension

It is also important to be honest in anything you do and not hoodwink and deceive innocents while you bathe in opulence and decadence at the expense of those that need all they have. You need to be objective and not pull wool over your eyes or bury your head in the sand so you don't see anything and pretend it just doesn't exist!

      Anyone benefitting is him. Yeah the schools and hospitals. That’s a drop in the ocean for him, compared to what he’s making from all of you put together!
      So he does a bit of charity. Big deal. After all he has to answer to God! Lol.

I was told by my AgaKhani friends in India that " I would be drawn to tears" if I got to see the poverty in their community. Charity is not something that one should publicise but I personally am financially supporting a dear widowed family friend in India. Not all AgaKhanis are prosperous as you would have us believe. If the movement had a social welfare system why would some in the community be unable to feed themselves?

    Mr Lalani you made a good point of sexual immorality in Jamat Khanas ( JK) especially in western countries. Having affairs is common in this day & age where JK is more social than place of worship.
    I know of cases where a Mukhi, leader of JK appointed by Aga Khan, taking advantage of of vulnerable women. Women abused or abandoned by their husbands go to the Mukhi for assistance. The Mukhi will promise her help, (financial or otherwise), but with conditions. He will take her out, entertain her, give gifts, and pressure the desperate woman into sexual activity. Keep in mind the Mukhi is married and has children. The shocking part is that he will continue the ritual of forgiving sins of JK members ( chanta ritual ) while he is MORE sinner than the follower.
