I watched this video a while back and I tried it on my acrylic's last week and it was beautiful and I got so many complements I had to watch the video again and say a massive thank you for the idea and loved the idea of different colours for every finger x x x
I love glitter nails!! What I find helpful when going glitter manicures is using a matte topcoat first before shiny. Matte topcoat will fill all the gaps so when you put shiny, the glitter doesn't soak it up. Also, doing this method leaves no texture to the nails & lasts forever!

You can't go wrong with glitter! It's stunning. It's just when it comes time to take it off, that I dread. Yeah I know all the tips and tricks, it's still a pain. Great video.
I do 2 layers of gel no wipe top coat. Then I use my buffer file and buff the mails until it's all even, then one last too coat and they're never rough you d ont even feel the glitter

You're the most adorable lady! I absolutely LOVE all the glitter on the nails, and all the colours are so beautiful! I always pick the most sparkly nail polishes, and oh the issues of removing the polish.... It is still worth it tho. SPARKLES FTW!
Just a FYI, for anyone that doesn't know. I learned this when making greeting cards. A Dry swiffer cloth is GREAT for wiping up unwanted glitter. It gets it off your hands, off surfaces, floors, everything. Also, if you use a piece of paper under your hand, and do the pour method, you can just fold the paper in half and put all that fallen glitter back into the jar. Hope that helps anyone who hates working with glitter.. Personally, I LOVE glitter! Thanks for all the great helpful videos, Suzie. Working my way through them. ^_^ 💗💗💗
Very sparkly and gorgeous! I did this once except with gel polish (base coat and top coat). After applying the foundation gel polish, I used a makeup brush to pack the glitter on to the tacky surface, then finished it with a gel top coat. Works really well too!

Nice video. I have done this a number of times and you can apply 10 clear super top coats and the nail will still feel scratchy. Not a good feeling.
Try applying a uv/gel topcoat instead
+Margo Glicksman or gel like top coat. no uv light needed. also the patting down technique works nicely
