Man this is a really really heart breaking loss. The offense puts up an insane 13 runs and it’s still not enough to win. I know it was a wild game but really frustrating with the pitching, bryce with now back to back bad starts, and the bullpen oh man what in the world is going on. I don’t think the offense is struggling, the issue right now is the pitching. And man you absolutely wish fried and wright would return soon and several key bullpen pieces. 3 straight losses now the team absolutely needs to bounce back as soon as possible. We need a good start from charlie tomorrow. #ForTheA

The amount of soft contact and infield hits was shocking. Honestly as a Braves fan, we beat ourselves defensively from what I saw in these highlights. Glad to see the bats finally pick up again including Riley. I would probably give up winning the East if we could get him back to his MVP years hitting wise to go with the rest of this lineup.
Defense along with another crappy performance by Elder and the bullpen, nothing steams me more that a pitching staff that won't give their offense a chance to win, I haven't been this angry over a baseball game in a long time, at least Austin had a great game at the plate and I hope that this is a resurgence for him offensively, but defense has also become a problem lately as well and I've notice that Matt Olson is making his share of errors the last several games. Pete Moylan said when you make errors like this your pitchers cannot always be guaranteed to bail you out and that is very true, the Braves need to tighten up and do better before they end up suffering a Atlanta Falcon Super Bowl type lost in the🎉 standings.
