Im not good enough to give you any tips but I belive there is a much easier way to do that. Simply drop foto in light room go to colors, pick blue and drop luminance for about 15-20. DONE !!!
To change colour just slide hue slider. Simply done.
LORD_VACO _ but that will change the hue and luminace of the enitre image and we just want to apply edits on the sky !
Not everyone uses Lightroom. I do it ALL in Photoshop, and this is a perfect solution for me and many others as well.
Varun Thakur just to the blue colour. Shooting landscapes and nature blue is a rare colour and that effect works only with big surfaces. Its almost invisible on small objects. Only situation i will not do this is when u have strong reflection materials on the photo like glass building. Just give it a go and check the diference. It takes 10 sec to apply. Photoshop is always more precise than LR but is a great tips while u want to edit big number of photos from holidays.
Georgene Harkness I totally agre with that and it is great way, much more precise too, but what i learn about photography is that the time between the shoot and the time u deliver your photos is crucial. If u pay Ps subscription u also have LR that can be instal in your smartphone. Thats unable me to shoot a photo, Snap Bridge to my phone edit in 1min and give send to a person within les than 2 min after was taken with exact same efect. It is a great way to get new customer in seconds. Really recomend to try.

Wow, a talented what to darken the sky in less than a minute. Much better and faster than what I've been doing with selecting blue then using a solid color.

I did the same but my brush doesn't have any color..........i do select color but it doesn't work
