Hi Drew, i'm an avid travel fan of yours. I'm from AKLAN but ANTIQUE is one of my favorite travel adventure Province in Western Visayas. I'm planning to re-visit Antique again this year. Anyways, regarding dun sa Batwan (Binukaw), para umasim ang sabaw dapat durugin sya para lumabas ang katas ng asim.
Paborito kong pampa-asim ang batwan sa karne ng baboy (pata o yung may buto-buto). Ang Kamias (Balimbi) naman ay gusto kong pampa-asim sa pinaksiw na isda. Stay safe!
