I learned about Zyzz a few months ago. His story moved me so much I cannot even describe it. If I had known about him earlier, I would have loved to meet him one day. I started working out because of one of the Millons of people that he inspired. If it would not have been for him, I maybe would even had started working out in the 1st place. Got up at 6 AM, did chores, got to the gym at 7:30AM, did a one hour endurance based workout that almost killed me, did sauna for 10 minutes then got to my regular job.
