I've never watched the movie of "Barbie in The Princess And The Pauper", so I can't really say how accurately this game reflects the movie's plot. Looking at this gameplay video, it seems like a run of the mill licensed kid's game. The gameplay is a pretty standard platformer, using the variety of characters in a turn based situation, with the human and animal characters. The controls seem pretty decent and wouldn't give any player any trouble, the difficulty level is definitely easy, especially for the target audience of young kids. The graphics, while not the best I've seen, are pretty decent for Game Boy Advance standards and nice to look at. The music is not bad to listen to, either. The replay value is quite low, I think, as once this is beaten in the amount of time it took the player to finish it in this video, there's not much reason to ever play it again. Overall, I would only recommend this game to fans of either the movie or of the Barbie franchise as a whole. Everyone else may want to seek out more interesting games.
I agree, someone who's not a fan of the Barbie movies or Barbie as a whole may find this game a bit boring once they've finished it and there are a load more of interesting GBA games out there, but for a teen like me, I found the game quite difficult to play especially the bosses, it may be because I'm not a hardcore gamer and still new to the gaming community. Still, as a fan of the movie, I found the game's plot quite accurate to the movie and enjoyed playing this.
Also appeared on DuckTales: Remastered (2013) for PS3 1. PS3 XMB Menu 2. Capcom logo 3. Disney Interactive logo 4. WayForward Technologies logo 5. Loading screen (Scrooge McDuck version) 6. DuckTales: Remastered menu
I bought a Barbie PS1 memory card cuz it worked perfectly and I could scribble over the Barbie logo. There is literally zero reasons for doing this longplay. I don't know what kind of views you are planning to get with this. Why? Why would you do this? Please look deep within before answering this question. I need ANSWERS!!!!!
Well, fans of the movie or the game will of course love to see this longplay plus it would also be a helpful guide to new players of the game, so there are reasons longplays like this are uploaded...
This is the longplay we all need
