This is by far the most beginner-friendly painting guide I've seen! I was thinking of ordering some hill tribesmen, bit was afriad I would have to buy a bunch of obscure paints. You can imagine my relief when I saw that I already had all the ones you had listed!
Can't wait for my Rohan Warriors to arrive. 🎉 I know this is targeted at beginners but surely a spray can could be used for the undercoat, saves so much time and better finish.
@@Moorhammer_studio it’s an intimidating step that probably ends up acting as a roadblock for a lot of newbies- I wasn’t so bad but I did spend a lot of time “practicing” until I finally took my real army to the park to prime
For a genuine beginner, it might be worth a warning that these figures are fairly challenging to assemble, with lots of pieces and options, unlike older figures in the line. As I learned the hard way with the Osgiliath set, if you are truly new to this process, do the buildings first, because they are nice big pieces that are pretty obvious about fitting together, and even if you melt some bits with carelessly applied plastic glue, on a building model it doesn't much matter to the final look, and you will have learned about handling the bits in the process. Beautiful sculpts in this set, especially (to my relatively inexperienced eye) the mounted versions.

Show 👏🏼👏🏼 👏🏼 the video, just a request, continue to make a dubbing or subtitles for Portuguese from Brazil & Portugal, the fans were always grateful, thank you 🙏🏼.
Great video for beginners - but a huge miss on GW for not including the main hero of the movie Héra and at least a dozen horse riders. Would have made a great Christmas gift for the main audience of the movie - girls.
Yeah I was caught up on this too. The spray chaos black and base chaos black paints are the exact same paint. Spraying it just an easier way to undercoat.
Great to see any kind of MESBG content here! Loving the new edition so far!! 😁

Nice to see some more Middle-Earth Videos to promote this great game, keep it up 🔥
You kids are so lucky, I remember we had to paint MESBG v1 using PV00954, now that was a challenge!
Bet you had to walk uphill both ways on your way to the game's store too!
@@wipleywopley You know it. Unfortunately they now corrected the video title so what remains is just an old man's insane ramble hahaha.
Finally some MESBG content! Thank you!

Didn't even prime the minis... that's step 1 of the painting process...
@@georgepurdy7823 The mini is definitely primed when he stets painting it. It's black not grey.
4:12 you mean this? Undercoating is another name for prime paint

They primed/undercoated the model by hand instead of by spray 😊
Que pena de traducción...
