I'm sure I could google this, but why does Winnipeg's field turf look so good on TV, compared to other venues (ie, BC or Ottawa)? It's a nice even rectangle of green, unlike the "uncombed" look of BC Place. Two different brands of turf?
Argos running game is solid. I remember going to see them in 2022 in toronto n the running game was awol, terrible If your rb is crap or non existent in 🏈 you are toast!
Command centre and refs made this one brutal to watch. Ben majors looked lost, refs were slow with calls, commands center even worse. Bad spots all night for both teams to away an entertaining ending

Was at the game. Kelly looked dangerous the whole time yet the Bomber defence shut Toronto down. Game stats indicate Winnipeg had the edge. The Blue were very unlucky to miss two field goals but also coughed up the ball on key drives and were unable to protect their quarterback. Relying on a tight call to keep their final drive alive is no way to win games. After 8 straight, Winnipeg was probably due for a loss. They'll adjust and should come out stronger. Although a frustrating game to watch, it was exciting.
9:10 that was a bogus spot, just terrible. Just like the goal-line extends past the sideline? Same for the rest of the field. When he went out of bounds the ball was easily 1 full yard further down field than where they spotted it, and he missed by inches? Just garbage. The ball was still inbounds too! He is not "out" until he touches ground, not when some of his body crosses the sidelines, sheesh!
@@Swaggapuss You know when you listen to a band and the band is fantastic, but the singer just doesn't have the same caliber of talent ? I have nothing against him personally, but he's always just talking too much and his delivery of razzle dazzle is just too over the top for my liking. I prefer the guys from days gone by who were broadcasters...... describing to us viewers/listeners what was happening instead of just blathering away.

Funny I saw Argos cross the line on the second down, and that had to be the best dive of the season on the pass interference.
Castillo can hit the long ones, but really, he is not very good at consistency. 2 missed field goals, difference in the game. We need a better kicker.
