Off Grid Bread Baking in Earthen Oven

Hello Friends! Join me as I bake bread at the cabin in my earthen oven. This bread can also be baked at home in a conventional oven, it's super simple to make!!

Simple Bread
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 3/4 cup very warm water
Mix well by hand, dough will be sticky. Cover and let rise up to 10 hours.
Put dough into covered WELL GREASED dish. Put in cold oven at 400 degrees. Set timer for 45 minutes. When timer goes off, remove lid and bake 15 more minutes.
Turn out of pan and let cool a bit. Slice and enjoy!!
