lately my answer (what do you need to get things done) is doing things that make me feel the most beautiful on the inside. good skincare, drinking more tea/water than coffee (although coffee is good), getting fresh air, using a diffuser, having dance parties... and then being kind to myself all day regardless of how I'm showing up.

So so happy for you, Kalyn! 💗 I know that this was not a pretty road with rose petals along the way all the time, but now it looks like everything is aligning for you at the right moment. I was frustrated at the beginning of this year when I was getting nowhere with my plans - my master thesis exam was getting delayed every week, I was getting rejected in every job I applied for and basically stuck in one place. Today, as I'm writing this, I'm a master of psychology, my apartment is full of boxes as I'm moving in a week out of the country to my dream city (Berlin) and starting new in a company that I really care about. Everything aligns in the right moment, even if it doesn't feel like it at the time ❤️

So so happy for you, Kalyn! 💗 I know that this was not a pretty road with rose petals along the way all the time, but now it looks like everything is aligning for you at the right moment. I was frustrated at the beginning of this year when I was getting nowhere with my plans - my master thesis exam was getting delayed every week, I was getting rejected in every job I applied for and basically stuck in one place. Today, as I'm writing this, I'm a master of psychology, my apartment is full of boxes as I'm moving in a week out of the country to my dream city (Berlin) and starting new in a company that I really care about.
Everything aligns in the right moment, even if it doesn't feel like it at the time ❤️

I feel like sometimes TH-camrs have so much pressure to just share every aspect of their lives and at some point I feel like the lines between vlog-life and real life get blurred. Thank you so much for sharing your struggles with working this week, you have no idea how much it's helped me! I started what I thought would be my dream job a few months ago and have been feeling overwhelmed everyday and keep finding myself procrastinating and not wanting to actually do the work. You've always been such an inspiration to me, since I was literally like 15, and knowing that I'm not alone in dealing with these things make them suddenly feel so much more manageable. I completely understand and feel the same about keeping your relationship to yourself. I've been with someone now for almost 11 months and we decided from the start to keep it private and away from anything social media and we really don't share much about it at all, other than with each other. He doesn't have any social media accounts which is a major thing for him too. But it's been really healthy and lovely to keep it private and to just have it be our own little bubble.
