Nice to see Ganesh Anna spreading dosa batter. Dosa n Idli hot and fresh with chutney feels like heaven. We do this variation but nice to hear when mani talks about it. Being away from the country makes us feel lonely. It’s soothing to hear her talk n makes us feel at home.

Thoor dhal is tasty and good for health..... Generally reduce the masoor dhal consumption since it is said it affects the nervous system.... Muga vadam, etc. recently in tamilnadu it was a hottopic that in ration government is supplying masoor dhal which is not good for health and also it's sale was banned in 1968(in 60's).... But in many hotels I see they serve sambar made with masoor dhal...because it gives same taste of thoor dhal...
Mother n son banter not only humorous. . It helps... I was confused when mami used different measurement cups...it is btr to use same measuring cup for measuring instead of using one/ half/ quarter etc different cups

I so look forward to your videos and love hearing you. My two cents for the dosai: when you make it thin, the exposed top cooks anyway. Simply fold and remove after cooking one side to keep it crisp. Turning it softens the dosai. Anna, your able camera work and commentaries make the videos so nice. Thank you both.
