We are of similar brain waves this year haha. I also use the same pen and ink for a whole year in my 5 year techo, and also just bought the prera with the con 70 😂 (I got mine in the cursive medium though and oh my..nibs are gonna be my next rabbit hole!) Happy new year, wish u guys all the best
There’s a cursive option?!?!?!? The con 70 and con B are the BEST! I can’t believe the 70 didn’t fit 😭 BUT it looks so good in the Kakuno so it’s ok, happy accident 👻 what pen and ink will you be using for your 5 year in 2024?
The cursive nib changed the game for me, I was just a regular fine and extra fine kinda girl before lol. So, I know you just got new pens but…if u can try the cursive one..recommend..lol. So this year I’m using my grail pen, the sailor pro gear slim Hallengrotta with Herbin Lie des Tie. I’m on a personal mission to get all the tea pens! (No more sailor tea pens tho..too pricey) I haven’t seen anyone else commit to a pen and ink for a whole year so this is exciting for me ahaha. Last year was my first year in my 5 year techo I used a Jinhao 80 with Diamine Writer’s blood ❤ Ouuu now u make me want a kakuno for my poor neglected con 70! I don’t have any other pilot pens to put the converter in 😅

i'm thinking of doing rings too! even though i already bought traveler's inserts and my jibun techos! i need a cover that fits both jibuns. but anyway....rings. the plotter is looking too good :'-)
Are you still happy with the Ivory Pilot Prera fine nib? I just bought one for sketching when using Rohrer and Klinger Sketchinks. I thought ivory would be easier to see than a dark pen out in the world. I also have the Pilot Metropolitan fine and Falcon soft fine for sketching, although the Falcon is not allowed outside.

Hi! Pilot converters just aren’t the best as they can be finicky during the filling process. But it is still totally useable
