I think black dragon kabal at Special Attack 2,have 4 hits not 3,because if you pay attention when he rotate the character he has 2 tick of damage not 1,but is not shown unfortnetly
yeah he's so good Mk11 couldn't even do it despite him being a texture change with the already existing burnt kabal, this would've been so useful for an mk11 klassic kabal
Hi mand, I notice in your videos whenever your character uses sp2 they retain their special one bar, in contrast when I use my sp2 my entire power bar is drained, what equipment / talent point are you using to achieve this ?
Maxed soul medallion, t-800 endoskeleton arm, rusty chainsaw and one more gear (I don't remember the name) gives 50% power discount which works for sp1 and x-ray as well.

I have not been using Black Dragon Kabal since I failed to land his two pieces of gear needed to perform his brutality. I love Kabal and he was one of the characters I really hoped to see pre 2.0 update, I find him to be awesome, but I do notice that he is very prone to be attacked after each chain of attacks. Did they slow him down just a tad in one of the updates to cause that?
I completely agree that BD Kabal is the perfect character, but a lot of players have been changed since their release (some got better and some worse), would you consider reviewing all characters again and putting them in a ranking list?

Of course Kabal is perfect. He's been perfect for 25 years. The best character in all of Mortal Kombat history. Those are indisputable facts. Also, his SP1 doesn't do a Krushing Blow on 90%. It does a KB on 90% _IF_ the opponent is stunned. Which means he will mostly only be able to get it right after tag-in without help from somewhere else. Finally, MK11 Jade can still dodge Kabal & BD teammates. I don't know if it's a bug or if NRS doesn't count that as a dodge. (It totally is a dodge.)
MK11 Team >>>>>> BD Team MK11 SUB-ZERO AND SCORPION/JADE AND KABAL will destroy BD team in conclusion MK11 Team is the most frustrating team to play against and the most powerful team to play with.

I love statistics and i know is hard to do, but your matrix is not that great, mand :( MK11 Kabal better than COS Liu Kang? You forgot a crucial detail about diamond characters: they can carry one more equipment slot. This is ~10 more points for each diamond card, in my opinion. Also, the buff from the x-ray/fatal blow should value 2 or even 3 points (because it's applied to entire team) and that distance thing only 1 (instead of 2). Some passives deserves much more than 20 points (like BD Kabal or Assassin Jade's).
I agree with your point about equipment , also the passive is very subjective and everyone will have different opinions. However I think the cap of 20 points for ability is good but mand sometimes is too generous and I think he gives to many characters very higher points for passive
There is a reason. Why I capped passive at 20 and I explained it well in the matrix video. I wanted the matrix to be as objective as possible. And there is a fair point about the gear but then should we deduct points out of the diamonds for being difficult to max? It is a gray area.
@@MANDMK if it's completely objective, you shouldn't cut points for rare diamonds. But every diamond has 4 equipment slots, so... I don't know. It should count.

Kabal is decent but outside of the black dragon team he doesn't really have a passive. He's one of those diamonds that's only good on 1 team
