Ngl the rounds of interviews are exhausting! That’s why I decided to decline one to focus on other roles I’m more keen on 🥲
My husband’s fam adopted Rainbow from a neighbor a long time ago and they have no idea what his breed is haha!
if you can show the inteviewers that you are articulate and well spoken under pressure, sometimes they will hire you even if you don't fullfill some of the requirements. Companies can always teach you the required skills needed for the position, but it's an added bonus for them to have well spoken/communicating employees working for their companies. The best way to overcome interview anxiety is to go to all of them even if you are not interested and use them as 'practice interviews'. You can always decline the offer - but at least you got a chance to work on your interviewing skills.
