Best way hosts can look smart, is to just let Lynn talk and occasionally nod their head.

Excellent discussion! You seem to have your fingers on some of the real dynamics and pain points.
I see similar things, but from different angles. Gonna leave a series of comments about them. Distill these ideas, and get them out there!

There's more to talk about, but it's great how much of the puzzle you have put together!

The debt being about the balance of payments is so true.
Gold has been replaced with 'American assets' as a store of value.
And that has huge effects on our ability to keep manufacturing jobs. I kinda feel like we are printing debt in self defense.

You talk about tech validations and the availability of capital. That's so true. Tech has had had a lot of free money, largely from baby boomers saving for retirement.
Now that they are retiring, that trend is going to end. I see fewer bubbles on the horizon.

Are we going to start seeing airports checking for crypto wallets, and "verifying" what you got in them?? or confiscating (stealing) it if they hold more than $10K dollars??

You bring up citizenry being able to circumvent local currency, making elites unable to use inflation to hoover up capital. Totally agree!
But, Peer to peer payments are the key, not Bitcoin. Encryption, ubiquitous networking, and neutral countries are the base techs.
All Bitcoin does is eliminate the need for a neutral country. Which here is no shortage of, so long as your transactions are reasonable (milk and eggs rather than money laundering)

While I just drunked on Bitcoin, know that I'm not anti crypto.
The statement 'this cannot be faked' is powerful. And there's a real need for being able to do that decentralized.
NFTs are going to be big, when dealing with AI generated content.

Efficiency makes things easier but not necessarily better. What do you guys think about the solutions to make the global governments and regulatory institutions to accept and then make use of the technology advancements brought in by crypto currencies in the large scale and maybe finally replace the conventional monetary system? Thanks.

Are we hearing from a trans person. That voice is not a woman. No disrespect. Very intelligent individual but we are confused.
