oooohhh I've seen some of those kits and I've done that for different stick models in the past. Let me investigate into it and see if we can't come up with an easier way of doing those. Sometimes they require an extra board as the Hori doesn't natively support RGB inputs, but that might be a fun mod to make another video about once we figure out the easy ones!
Hey there! I think the Hori Alpha only comes with the Ball. There's a good few options if you want to change the ball out for a bat top, which is what I have. The more popular Korean style levers also come with bats and have a good amount of friction to them and feels pretty nice! Most of those parts you can get from the focus attack web store!

@zanstaedtler it's a pretty chopped up one! Hahaha. Sanwa JLX with an octo gate, a 2lb linear spring, a 16.2mm actuator, a phreakmods quick release shaft for traveling days! dude can i buy any lever then replace the hori deafult lever or theres any spesific requirement for the lever? like if i want to buy golden lever i just buy and change the deafult one
Hello! that's a bit difficult. In terms of fitment, so long as the collar is a lower kind the mounting points on the alpha mounts. HOWEVER I'm not super sure the height of the golden lever's body. For my alpha, I've found that levers that are taller than a JLF or the Crown CWL-309-MJ-NEW-Helpme-KMS-ST30 seems to rub at the bottom a bit. Even the LS-32 that I've seen folks install into theirs, or a bunch of the bullet lever/variants rubs for me at the bottom. I would double check the full height of the body + the bottom parts of the actuator to see what fits. I can make a video talking about what I've found fitting or not if you'd like!

what screwdriver did you used to remove the art panel?
We use an iFixit kit with a small + head screw driver to get the tops off! It's called the "iFixit Mako Driver Kit" super handy for everyday needs!
If you use some mild abrasive cleaner, can you rub off the tekken 8 logo's each side?
oh! I actually don't know, we've never tried! I would be more tempted to print out maybe my player tag on a sticker and stick that on!

Where can I get the Japanese style stick? I have the ball version and it's annoying that, that seems to be the only version sold with it
