Thanks homie it’s crazy I been thinking I needed to buy another radio. I reset and I didn’t wait I repeated the reset three times. Eventually it worked I literately thought I didn’t have CarPlay. I’m a 2019 Chrysler 300s which crazy. Again thank you good looking out.
Factory reset your uconnect in settings. Delete all paired phones and info. After that make sure car is started or in run on ignition before you plug in your iPhone should work
Yes the issue still occurs if I plug my phone up before I start the car I loose all sound, blue tooth, apple play and radio. Only fix that works is letting the car sit with key fob away from car after 20 minutes it will work or I take out the fuse from the trunk for a minute or two the do the resets in this video.

I got a 2013 300s but when i press on phone/Bluetooth it freeze on it like i pressed it but don’t go to the phone/blutooth settings

Reset your Uconnect delete all stored information including Bluetooth connected phones. Also make sure car is started before you plug your phone in
