Salam, how is replacing a person's grave lest it be a cause of fitnah extremism, when ʿUmar bin al-Khaṭṭāb along with the agreement of other companions commanded it regarding Prophet Daniyāl (عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام)? Ibn Abi’d-Dunya narrated with a hasan isnad - as it says in al-Bidayah wa'an-Nihayah - from Abu’z-Zinad that he said: “I saw a ring on the hand of Abu Burdah ibn Abi Musa al-Ash‘ari, on the bezel of which there was an engraving of two lions, between whom was a man, and they were licking that man. Abu Burdah said: This is the ring of that dead man whom the people of this city claim is Daniel. Abu Musa took it on the day they reburied him. Abu Burdah said: Abu Musa asked the scholars of that city about the engraving on that ring, and they said: The astrologers and scholars came to the king under whose rule Daniel lived and told him: On such and such a night, a boy will be born who will undermine your sovereignty. The king said: By Allah, no boy will survive that night but I will kill him. But they took Daniel and threw him into the lions’ den, where the lion and lioness licked him but did not harm him, then his mother came and found the lions licking him. Thus Allah saved him until he grew up and achieved what he achieved. Abu Burdah said: Abu Musa said: The scholars of that city said: Therefore Daniel engraved his image and the image of the two lions licking him on the bezel of his ring, lest he forget that blessing that Allah had bestowed upon him.” Ibn Abi Shaybah (7/4) narrated with a sahih isnad from Anas that when they conquered Tastar, they found a man whose nose was one cubit long in a coffin, and they used to pray for victory and for rain by virtue of him. Abu Musa wrote to ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab about that, and ‘Umar wrote back, saying: This man is one of the prophets; fire does not consume (the bodies of) the prophets and the earth does not consume (the bodies of) the prophets. And he wrote instructions saying: You and your companions (meaning the companions of Abu Musa) should discuss the matter and rebury him in a place that no one knows except you two. He said: So Abu Musa and I went and reburied him. Ibn Abi Shaybah (7/4) narrated with a sahih isnad from Mutarrif ibn Malik that he said: I was present at the conquest of Tastar with al-Ash‘ari. We came across (the body of) Daniel in as-Sus. When the people of as-Sus were faced with drought, they would bring him out and pray for rain by virtue of him. We found with him sixty sealed jars… Al-Bayhaqi said in Dalail al-Nubuwwah (1/381): “It was narrated from Khalid ibn Dinar that Abu’l-‘Aliyah said: When we conquered Tastar, we found in the treasury of al-Hormuzan a bier on which was the body of a dead man, and by his head was a scripture of his. We seized the scripture and took it to ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), and he summoned Ka‘b, who translated it into Arabic. I was the first man among the Arabs to read it, and I read it as I read this Quran. I said to Abu’l-‘Aliyah: What was in it? He said: It was about you, your affairs, your religion, your talk, and what will happen after that. I said: What did you do with the man? He said: We dug thirteen different graves during the day, then at night we buried him and we levelled all the graves, so as to conceal its location from the people, so that they would not exhume him. I said: Why would people do that? He said: If rain was withheld from them, they would take his bier out and they would receive rain. I said: Who do you think the man was? He said: A man called Daniel. I said: How long ago do you think he died? He said: Three hundred years ago. I said: Had anything of him changed? He said: No, except a few hairs at the back of his head, for the earth does not consume (the bodies of) the prophets, and wild animals cannot devour them.” Ibn Kathir (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “This is a sahih isnad going back to Abu’l-‘Aliyah, but if the date of this man’s death was recorded as having been three hundred years earlier, then he cannot have been a prophet; rather he was a righteous man. That is because there was no prophet between ‘Isa ibn Maryam and the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), according to the text of the hadith narrated by al-Bukhari, and the period between them was four hundred years, or six hundred, or six hundred and twenty years. Or the date of his death may have been eight hundred years earlier, which is close to the time of Daniel, if this was the Daniel who once lived. Or he may have been some other man, either one of the prophets or one of the righteous. But it is most likely that he was Daniel, because Daniel was taken captive by the king of Persia, and remained with him as a prisoner, as we have seen above. It was narrated with a sahih isnad going back to Abu’l-‘Aliyah that the length of his nose was a handspan, and it was narrated with a sahih isnad going back to Anas ibn Malik that the length of his nose was a cubit. Therefore it is possible that this was one of the earlier prophets, before the period mentioned above. And Allah knows best.” (Al-Bidayah wa'an-Nihayah, 2/40) Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “When the grave of Daniel was discovered in Tastar, Abu Musa wrote to ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) about it, and ‘Umar wrote back to him, saying: During the day, dig thirteen graves, and bury him by night in one of them, and conceal the location of his grave, lest his grave be a cause of fitnah and confusion for people.” (Majmu‘ al-Fatawa, 15/154)

I am not trying to mock anyone's belief here. Nauzubillah do you think Allah will not listen or understand your feelings better than your Awliyah? Why can't you just not ask Allah directly then? How do you know the Awliyah that you are beseeching is not being tortured in grave right now for his sins that people did not know he committed when he was alive? How do you know the Awliyah has a direct line of communication with Allah? Calling Awliyahs for help is clearly associating partners with Allah and it takes you of fold of Islam since you have believed in your heart that calling Allah directly will not help but calling Allah through Awliyahs (partners) will help your dua get through. Why risk your akhirah for some Awliyah no matter how pious they were. Allah guaranteed paradise only to few companions in the time of prophet but there is no proof of any companions that came later taking even any of those paradise guaranteed companions as their Awliyahs. Allah can forgive any major sin BUT the shirk and people who committed any shirk will never ever enter Jannah. Why risk going to hell forever people?

LOL, you say permissible, permissible, where’s the reference going back to the prophet (SAW). We don’t take people opinions in deen matters, everyone, popular or unpopular, well read or unread, will have their opinion on deen. I’m not interested unless it comes with a Sahih Hadith and it was a practice of the prophet (SAW) himself, or the Sahaba did it on the authority of the prophet (SAW). Simple. Second point, you say wasabi’s in Libya did what you said, all wahahbi’s, selafi’s and ahlul Hadith aren’t the same mate. ISIS/ISL carried out those atrocities, just as they do terrible things across the world. Don’t try and justify bidah with that POOR example.
First of all, we do not know who is an awliyah and who is not. We respect our scholars but you did not mention even one hadeeth or ayah that would support your claims. Because of of this logic, this concept of putting a cloth but not more that one to sign that there is a good person lying on this grave let to shirk, because you find people asking the dead for help and that is clearly shirk, but someone would argue if it is shirk or not, and to that person I can only pray that Allah enables him to repent before his/her death. Pray for your dead, and your good people amongst the scholars and imams, but do not ask them for anything, nor turn their graves into shrines, because that will lead to shirk sooner or later. "Do not exaggerate in praising me as the Christians praised the son of Mary, for I am only a Slave. So, call me the Slave of Allah and His Apostle." (Sahih Bukhari 3445).
For them evwrbody they want to be and sit on their trown is a awliya they do what they wanted to be money must roll bro they use islaam for this rituals
It is important we understand this narration correctly. How did the Christians exaggerate in the praise of Sayyiduna Isa (Alay hi Salam)? They only exaggerated when they attributed Lordship and divinity to sayyiduna Isa (Alay Hi salam). They did not exaggerate and cross the boundaries when saying he is RuhAllah. They did not exaggerate when they said he could bring the dead back to life. They did not exaggerate when they said he could speak as a child. They did not exaggerate when saying he was a prophet of Allah. They only exaggerated when attributing divinity and lordship to Sayyiduna Isa (Alay Hi Salam) Thus, when sunnis say The Messenger of Allah ﷺ has ilm al ghayb this is not exaggerating. When sunnis say the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is the master of creation this is not exaggerating. When sunnis say the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is noor this is not exaggerating. When sunnis say The Messenger of Allah ﷺ is alive this is not exaggerating. When sunnis say The Messenger of Allah ﷺ can help us this is not exaggerating. When sunnis do istigatha & Tawassul with The Messenger of Allah ﷺ this is not exaggerating. Imam Yusuf al Nabahani رحمه الله تعالى says there is no limit to praising the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, we are just to be lost somewhere in between. This is the state of a true believer. How can you be a true believer and question the virtues and miracles of The Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Do not let deviants misguide you by taking prophetic narrations out of context. The way of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jammah is the way of the likes of Imam Abu Hanifa; Imam Muhammad bin idris al shafi; Imam Malik bin Anas; Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal; Imam Nawawi; Imam Hajar al asqalani; Imam Suyuti; Imam Fakhr Al Din al razi; Imam Abdul Wahab al sha’rani; Imam Ahmad bin Zayni Dahlan; Imam Yusuf al nabahani; Imam Ahmad Rida Khan; Shaykh Abd Allah Siraj al Din & Sayyid Muhammad bin alawi al maliki. Ibn Abi Shaybah (7/4) narrated with a sahih isnad from Anas that when they conquered Tastar, they found a man whose nose was one cubit long in a coffin, and they used to pray for victory and for rain by virtue of him.
We found with him sixty sealed jars…
Al-Bayhaqi said in Dalail al-Nubuwwah (1/381):
“It was narrated from Khalid ibn Dinar that Abu’l-‘Aliyah said: When we conquered Tastar, we found in the treasury of al-Hormuzan a bier on which was the body of a dead man, and by his head was a scripture of his.
He said: No, except a few hairs at the back of his head, for the earth does not consume (the bodies of) the prophets, and wild animals cannot devour them.”
Ibn Kathir (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
“This is a sahih isnad going back to Abu’l-‘Aliyah, but if the date of this man’s death was recorded as having been three hundred years earlier, then he cannot have been a prophet; rather he was a righteous man. And Allah knows best.” (Al-Bidayah wa'an-Nihayah, 2/40)
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
“When the grave of Daniel was discovered in Tastar, Abu Musa wrote to ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) about it, and ‘Umar wrote back to him, saying: During the day, dig thirteen graves, and bury him by night in one of them, and conceal the location of his grave, lest his grave be a cause of fitnah and confusion for people.” (Majmu‘ al-Fatawa, 15/154)

This is all south Asian practice of mazar, if we go to Middle East the birth places of most of the prophets and the graves. The graves are locked and are not crowded with people and pilgrims. Sometimes there is hardly any people at some of the prophets graves. And we should also remember the last saying of the prophet pbuh just before he died. Do not take the graves of saints and prophets as worship like the Jews and Christians , and make the tombs high
There were many graves great Sahabahs RA in the era of Rashidun caliphs but never heard they built a shrine on these graves or put a chadar. Body of our Prophet PBUH placed in grave in Hujrah of Syedah Ayeshah RA adjacent to Masjid-e-Nabawi and later graves of Syedna Abu Bakar and Umer RA. But this concept of "Chadar Shareef" still to invented.
Brother Sahabi Umar and Sahabi Abu Baqr readiness to be buried besides the Prophet and that too in a Room gives the signal that it is ok to build Walls around the graves...Anything which is not prohibited by the Sharia is automatically allowed...Same goes for the Chaddar as it was done to let the normal people know that the grave is not an ordinary grave...

Don't you go quoting masjid Dirar as that's an analogical fallacy as the two do not have parallels with each other let alone they contrast principally with one another @syedsajidhussain7322
They only exaggerated when attributing divinity and lordship to Sayyiduna Isa (Alay Hi Salam)
Thus, when sunnis say The Messenger of Allah ﷺ has ilm al ghayb this is not exaggerating.
