every time i watch this i crack up when the girl changes(the serious face on him/her was priceless when he/she first gets there) and the guys around his/her all walk off
to summarize.... its saying that sanwa taps are good enough to sell on its own without having a sexy salesgirl promoting it. but then the customers wont be happy... so its better to still stick to having a sexy promoter haha

To non-Thai speaking, the company claimed that their products were good enough to sell themselves. A pretty girl sale rep. is just there to make their customers happy, while shopping. To prove the claim, the girl's suddenly replaced by the ugly guy. Although, the same customer still wanted to buy the product, but he wasn't in the good mood (he yelled at the guy, when the guy offered to help choosing color). So, it's better off having a pretty girl sale rep. Very funny self-mocking ads. :P Enjoy.
The ads stated that "we can sell the tap using a man presenter but buyer would be happier if we use a woman presenter". This ads run after some controversial issue about sex discrimination to use sexy women to sell products.
the guy basically says that they don't need a sexy factor to help their faucets sell. That the faucets still sell just as fine without the chick, but there is less satisfaction while said customers buy the faucets. Thus, its better to just keep the hot chicks around because it makes those guys happy.
This particular commercial came after the previous controversial commercial that overuse sexy women in the scene and was attacked for women discrimination. So the commercial underlines the product that it can sell without sex, however it bites back in the end that its customers, which mainly men, love the commercial nevertheless.
