I am a new sub. Taking notes. I really enjoyed all you shared. I am over-weight myself (currently) working on losing weight. I am though an active runner. I will be doing a 5k next weekend and have a few marathons and half marathons completed already but I injured my ankle pretty bad last year and it's taking a year to heal up so I am slowly getting myself back into training. I know I have to lose weight to help myself avoid injuries but it's hard for me as a Mom with a full-time job, being wifey, and taking care of everyone and everything. I found some motivation in your video, though, and I will follow your suggestions. Thanks for sharing and I wish you success in all you do and on this channel. I've been basically binge-watching your channel :) I'm in the US in L.A.

Take your time at it. I always tell myself to go at my own pace, so I would say go at your pace and give it your best shot any given time. I’m clapping and cheering you on in your upcoming race. I listed them on the screen. But in case it’s not clear on your end, I used 5 dates, 2 slices of beets, 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1 banana, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt. Added a little water so it’s not super thick. Blend and enjoy!
You are very disciplined and smart. I would not know how to assemble that furniture by myself. Do you read the Bible every day too? The Lord Jesus bless you❤
