a splash of water in a pan will do nicely (for smaller proportion)

boiled noodles are as good as steamed.

@@zlpow5178 肥胖不一定有三高，因為有些人的消化系統能力非常強大，吃進肚子的東西都消化掉變成脂肪堆積起來，但不會造成三高，等到飢餓的時候脂肪變成最佳能源支撐身體運作，而且他的身體狀況比泡泡龍他們好得多！我看到很多人把他跟泡泡龍比，其實泡泡龍只有肥猴的一半那麼大，這就說明了泡泡龍身體一直有問題，食物根本上是身體不吸收的，這就是問題所在！
