My favorite is Pad kra pao. I do very good for that. When I cooked I always cook extra for my friends or my co-workers.
Just to cook for yourself and your family, learn how to cook, 1. Tom yum 2 Tom kha 3. Pad thai 3. Pad kra pao 4. Pad see ew 5. Som tum 6. Rad na 7. Lard and Nam tok.
Pad kra pao is my favorite thing to eat here! Ashley’s is probably Khao Soi! I just recently had it where they covered it with a Thai omelet! 🤤 So delicious! Thank you for the other suggestions, I wish we were your coworkers so we could have all this delicious food!

Yea, we are going to try and do one in every country if possible! It’s so fun, you get to learn so much more than how to cook it. Flavors/ingredients we typically stayed away from, we love now! It completely changed our perspective!

It is! LOTS of different ingredients!
Yes, we LOVE cooking, but didn’t carve out any time for a cooking class on our first trip to Vietnam. A big mistake we think. We’re gonna try and do at least two on our next visit. One in the south and one in the north!
