The 4 dots on the line in the middle of the steering wheel is the letter H in morse code I was told but I just got my 24' N line I just got back from the dealership after 30 days not having it because a bad module wouldnt let it start or let the windows go up but I'm so GLAD to have it back, I absolutely love this car and hyundai gave me a 24' elantra as a loaner for the month.
I bought a 2024 Sonata SEL in Ultimate Red with black interior. It was discounted $5000. It is the most equiped base model of any car made. I dont drive much but when I do its a real pleasure. I am looking forward to our first trip to see how it handles and the gas mileage.
@@Jet_Auto ended up going with the 2024 Elantra limited, got a much better deal and super low interest. The sonata was great in person but just couldn’t make it work.
I test drove it yesterday it’s amazing. Quiet, not bumpy and picks up speed quick. Interior is better than I thought it’d be. This car is a good one and I’m hoping to get it in the next 2-3 weeks
Have you figured out a way to disable the speed warning bell permanently? Not going to buy this car if I have to disable it every time I start the car.
If what you’re referring to is basically where the car parks itself, this one does not. It does have rear cameras and sensors that make life a lot easier. Thanks for the positive feedback, love to hear it! Hope to see you around the channel!
Yep! With some Rental companies they always get the new cars immediately when they release, giving the opportunity to us renters to try out the latest and greatest. I just got to rent a 2024 Volvo S6 for a day and that was a pretty nice car. Only 50 miles on the dash when I got in!
I'm pretty sure that's not a speaker (2:06) the Ioniq 5 has that same feature where you can stick things to it with a magnet like phone holder, pictures, etc.
Not a feature, but Hyundai leaving what's normally in that part of the dash blanked out. In South Korea, and maybe other countries, there is a fingerprint scanner there that apparently can be used for processing payments.
@@jefflass699 Looks like speaker fabric, strange for them to leave it a non functional panel. Please let us know how its used in Korea. I recall seeing a circle in the middle of the panel in some Korean walkthroughs but they never explain. Thanks
Thank you very much for your insight. If you check out my other videos you’ll see it’s a common theme that I do not touch the buttons up top to test what they are. Don’t want to phone the police! 😂
Appreciate the kind words. I was trying something new out letting my music go on while I talk. If you check out my previous videos I don’t do it. Now you’re the second person to mention the music in the background, so I think I’ll have to make it quieter, or take it out completely.. thoughts?
i believe a 2021, also my uncles kia soul motor died and it became a paperweight, my neighbors sorento's engine died and now the transmission is going and they wont cover it under warranty and his insurance doesn't want to pay $20k so its parked too@@rinamarie75
@@rinamarie75would be hard to believe the 2024 sonata has already died considering it’s only been out for a couple months at most. Most dealerships are just starting to get them in for purchase. I’d assume his friend’s new Sonata is an earlier generation.
2020 i think. my neighbors 2019 kia suv's engine went and now he's trying to get his insurance to shell out 12k for the trans (kia doesnt want to replace it even under warranty)
whats with the annoying background music the whole time????
This won’t happen again! I apologize to everyone who was annoyed by this.
@@Jet_AutoI loved it!!!! Not annoying.

Thanks for showing the LED lighting at night 💡 WOW !
How is the night drive ?Is that light throw is enough for long drive ?
The lights are very bright.
Going to test drive the 2024 SEL convenience Saturday, this refresh looks great
If you remember, come back and let me know what you think! I’d like to see what others think as well.

Literally in vehicle settings then click the speed limit sign and turn it off. Took me 20 seconds lol
@@Itsrymo except it turns back on every time you start the car
The four dots on the steering wheel represent the letter “H” in the International Morse Code.
Are there any animations with the DRLS when you unlock the car or walk up to it?
Amazing review! i'm just wondering does it have self parking assist feature ? i haven't seen any video on Yt about it.

The Limited trim does.
Rentals already??

The four dots on the steering wheel represent Morse code for “H”. I couldn’t watch the whole video due to the overly loud music.
That's definitely the highway drive assist & cruise control buttons
B is for bluelink i think

Does this have a spare tire? 🤔
SEL yes
Do any of these come equipped with rear a/c vents?
Yes
The things on the side are signal lights, like the Genesis G80.
On that car it’s not a blinker. A little up graded car has the blinker
i wonder how long those white cloth seats will hold up especially being a rental
It’ll be disgusting by 5000 miles.
I would have to agree. I wouldn’t assume the white cloth seats will stay clean for very long unless you get details very often.
That’s a cool jacket
you should do more of you picking up the car
Like my previous airport pickup videos? Didn’t think too many people would be interested!
Hi, what trim is this?
This is the SEL
@@Jet_Auto Thanks!
Good videoman, i am very interested in this vehicle

Is that a key fob or a potato? geez that thing is huge. I would hate to carry that around let alone put it in my pocket.
Seriously! I hated it 😂
Great video!
Thanks Goofy Goober #ROCK !

It's a Hyundai, what do you expect?
Music is annoying
How about before you make a video, you understand what happens when u touch a button. You were very unprepared.
