Endometriosis is not an autoimmune disease. But it does seem like it’s just happening to her face and that it is reacting to something, so I don’t doubt she’s dealing with some medical issues right now.
True, however, these is an inflamtry cascade that can occure in women with endometriosis and it's treatment can cause bloating, puffiness, fluid retention that can effect facial features (steroids, testosterone)
