Another great video. I was just talking to someone the other day who said that dancing messed up her relationship with food and she ended up leaving dance because she was becoming so thin and unwell and prone to injury..... but you don't have to sacrifice your health to do what you love! You are a beautiful dancer, and this whole video was a beautiful message.
gosh Millie you are honestly so wise beyond your years. Your voiceovers are genuinely so insightful and supportive, and I know that you are helping thousands of viewers currently struggling with eating, self confidence and their bodies, both within the dancing world and beyond. Wishing you all the best in your future because you truly deserve it!!! ❤
I’m so glad that on TH-cam you do lots of motivational speaking because you were literally born to do it, your voice, your wise words, I could listen to you just talk for hours 💗
your videos are so lovely to watch millie, i’m so proud of how far you’ve come in your recovery and seeing how much you’ve grown as a person is inspiring!! love u lots🫶
I don’t know how you don’t have more subscribers. But selfishly I kind of like it… it feels like I’m apart of gorgeous tight knit community and it’s really comforting.❤️
Hi Millie! I’m 15 and on my 6th month of recovery and I really want to begin dancing. As soon as life allows, I’ll join ballet and you’re my biggest inspiration to do so! Recovery made me fall in love with dancing and I’m really grateful for you being here for all of us ❤
I've been watching you for years, and I come back every now and again to check on you. I'm so glad you're doing well gorgeous!! Massive congrats on the contract!
another amazing video Millie!!! My favourite part was what you said about the fossilised footprint. That is so incredibly poignant. If you weren’t a dancer I’d say you should be an author!!! Also where are your bed sheets and pillow cases from? At the end of the video I saw them and they’re so nice. They’re green with flowers on them I think?
To me its crazy that in some sports being very slim (or even underweight (especially when you look at the body fat percentage)) is the norm for the "look" of the athletes. Only a healthy non starved body can perform it's best and for only a very small percentage of people that means that they are very skinny. This look being the norm and not the exception is so illogical to me. And by that I don't mean that there shouldn't be a place for very skinny people in sports but that size just shouldn't be a factor when judging someone's skills in a sport.
And as an artist I also don't get how people only associate skinny with aesthetic appeal. For me beauty is diversity and how people shine when they are at their best. However as a person with anorexia I know that it's hard to apply my beliefs to myself and I am so happy to see that you now can.
I was truely shocked when I saw the scars on your arms. I envy them despite the fact that I´m having them .too. Razorblades and cigarettes left marks on my skin..
I’ve never actually seen a ‘larger’ size girl dance ballet professionally. Are the academies now accepting overweight women? It’s about time if they are
@esmeregan443 not in this world. this isn't a mid-size body. i don't want to comment on anyone's body. but adding mid-size to this video is incorrect and unnecessary.
@@esmeregan443 in the ballet world i’m actually a size xl for all my costumes/leotards! apologies if this is misconstrued, im not saying it’s right but this is my reality 🥲

I love you so much and you are helping me sooooo much but mid size ? I am sorry but where? ❤️😂
Wdym??
Yes definitely not midsized!! She’s normal sized for sure.
@@BlessedwithChristt does midsized not mean normal size? Like medium?

in what world is this a 'mid-size' body?
what do you mean

i love millie, but putting your body size in a video title as a recovery/recovery-safe account feels wrong
