  • It's finally time to test out my DIY ramps and Ford Performance tow hooks with a Uhaul trailer and then take the GT350 to autocross and a track day at Oregon Raceway Park! Will the Bolster Boost work on track? Watch to find out!

    Great video again. I just bought a new 2021 F-150 Lariat with the 3.5 EB. I actually looked at the 2.7 GMC, but was a bit skeptical about it being that good for towing. I'm not sad about buying the F-150, but that is impressive towing the car and having a full truck with only a 2.7L. Maybe I'll have to look into a car trailer so I can take my GT350 to one of these events. Boise is just a long drive to any tracks.

      Thank you! I would’ve loved a 3.5 EB but it wasn’t in the budget and I just couldn’t find a good one. The 2.7 EB is really awesome so far. Boise is a far drive but if you come out for the auto cross and track day it would be worth it! Thanks again for watching!

    Great video. Whoever made you go in and out of that tiny Chicago Box probably owes you an apology.

    You can actually unbolt the wheel stops and then bolt them back on before you return the trailer

      On most U-Haul trailers that is the case but on mine they were welded on so I’m not sure what happened there. Thanks for watching though!

    Did the tire straps happen to touch the rims themselves ? I have a gt500 and that is a worry of mine

      The ones I used or the ones that come on the U-Haul trailer? The ones I used hooked to the Ford Performance tie down kit under the car and the ones that came on the U-Haul trailer laid under the front tires. No straps touched the wheels. Thanks for watching!

    Whats the length of your ramp layers? 5 feet bottom, 3 feet middle, 1 foot top?

    • @ProjectCarMedia
      @ProjectCarMedia  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      48in bottom, 32in mid, and 13in top. You could do a 5 foot bottom 3 foot mid and 1 foot top but I found even the 13in I have on top is a little small.
