Basic Up is a reality series that follows young men and women as they join the Canadian Forces starting from the recruiting office through to the rigorous basic training.

The old rucksack was good but the issue with it was the sleeping bag it was on the lower area of your back which sometimes caused low back pain and it kept bouncing. The sleeping bag should have been designed to be at the top of the rucksack.
Your PO s did not just go through bmq and receive medals and promotions they honored their word a strong commitment to teach you offensive and defensive attacks with NBCW training and please pay attention to detail .How many brave soldiers did we lose in Afghanistan some volunteered to make a difference and never came back

Listen to your NCOs and Senior NCOs and leadership those medals meant a ultimate sacrifice

Troops you are being trained on every senior Nco s experiences and trained on missions we made mistakes lost Canadian soldiers lives
This episode made me thinking again regarding joining forces. I mean how a grizzly bear can survive and accomplish these trainings.
