Big respect. Mostly the filming took place in a popular market where people work hard under the scorching sun in order to earn a living. It is clear in their faces that the climate is difficult and they work mostly from a city with a hot weather, such as Zagora or Errachidia Marakech… a deadly heat .In the summer and very cold in the winter, there is no spring or autumn in those areas. In addition to the dry and difficult climate. Some Asian tourists have fainted from the heat sometimes.

Dear Jeroen... Dear Jeroen... What a deep, touching, moving, inspiring, gift you offered the world... I've been living in Casablanca for years now and these people are so close to me, so precious to my heart... What a testimony... all these faces, all these looks, all these mischievousness, all these despair, all these joys, all these marked lives, all these smiles, all these destinies ... And this misery which is written on the features well ahead of time , or which leaves them intact when they have passed it. Thank you. From the bottom of my love for this country, thank you ...
Thank you for your kind and poetic words :-)

As a half Moroccan, I must say that those dear people are pronouncing the numbers in darija so beautifully😍🥲
I'm so jealous of their well knowledge & native happiness on their faces, the elderly ones are the most interesting and I would love to hear from them how is it to live in Morocco☺️🇲🇦
I wish my dad would've spoke with me in Darija when I was a baby so I could memorize this beautiful language🥲
May G-d bless these people amen.
The way they pronounced the Arabic numbers is almost identical to how other dialects do it. We in Syria say it like 99% the same
The May G-d comment is a dead giveaway of what the other half is. Learning a language is super easy nowadays if you really want to.
