I just love Brooke Burns. She is amazing and so sweet and the most beautiful smile. I love all the players, especially Jonathan. He has this swagger that makes me laugh Muffy is very sweet too. And of course Ken Jennings is so smart. Oh my goodness and what a nice guy all in all is a wonderful show and I love it thank you guys for putting on a great great show. 😍

After seeing the episode afterwards, I gotta say we all have seperate knowledge of topics but I felt like this episode was harder than average, the next one was definitely easier. I do love see Labbett "The Beast." I will miss Ken but they got the best replacement basically possible in the modern game show world. Looks like they've tweaked some rules this year - notably that it only takes 2 $10K wins to become a Master Mind instead of 3 - likely because they'd like to see someone do it this season.
They should bring on more international quiz masters than just the Beast. I recommend the lead Australian Chaser, Issa "The Supernerd" Schultz, as he already made his first international debut on "Beat the Chasers" in the UK, to fill in for Anne "The Governess" Hegerty after she tested positive for COVID.
It sure is because 3 people became a master mind. Kelly, Lauren, Cliff are now master minds. If Ken was still there, I don’t think they would have became master minds.
I'd contest between her and Labett being the smartest. However, having enough masterminds to have a "masterminds only vs." episode, she is absolutely the smartest woman and smarter than pretty much anyone else in my opinion. Glad she is still around, Labett works great because of personality and natural chemistry with Brooke Burns (since past show and whatnot), it's not jarring even though I miss Ken. If she (Muffy) left too it would've been a bit jarring even though I'd still wish to continue to watch. Also cool that she did go up against Labett on "The Chase" and won once out of twice too!
@@oneandonlysound3453 Muffy went twice. She didn't make the final chase the first time, but was on the winning Second Chance team the second. This season's version of MM appears to be a little tighter, seems like some of the fat has been trimmed.

Ok is it me or has people notice that the beast is not very smart on this show. It makes me think they were giving him answers on the Chase in his ear piece.
Charles actually won $21000 in the first season; he was the best contestant until we met three players from season three, one of which made it to three bonus rounds. Cliff and Charles were the only people to do this.
One other important note. There is a flaw in this and the same in America says with the bonus round......Seconds should not be counted off when the host reads the questions.........it is so unfair.....and in Masterminds, it's terrible.
We used to enjoy this show but since Ken Jennings has gone it is not as good. I think he was to smart for the others. The beast is not as good on this show, and buffy is glad heis gone so she can act smart.
I hate that they stick the beast at the very beginning like it's his show. He's the least likable, least funny person on the show, and he's no smarter than any of the other masterminds. And he married his second cousin. 🤢 That should be disqualifying.

I like the way they do the 2nd round with everyone writing answers and getting points instead of just 1 person clicking in.
They need to use the mod buzzer (from Paul Reubens's You Don't Know Jack) when times is up in Round 2.
