I found out the hard way that the chasing energy can arise out of nowhere! So take time to center and ground yourself before interactions with them, if you get to talk to them. Because it can go south in a hurry, especially when there's lots of mirroring going on. Hoping I didn't blow it for good.

What kind of negative thoughts? Instead of focusing on negative thoughts, try to focus on even in the slightest positive thought! :) hope this helps! More strength to you 💕 also congratulations and all the best on your marriage!🎉
Look at the negative thoughts. If it’s something like ‘I can do better’ or something like that, don’t listen to them, you’ll regret it and theres always a chance that you can’t. If it’s a legitimate problem you have with your sp maybe talk with a professional like a therapist or a trusted individual who can give you advice. Do what makes you happiest, and examine each of these intrusive thoughts carefully and make judgments based on more than just the intrusive thoughts. I hope this helps, just remember to stay positive about yourself and don’t blame yourself for these thoughts, I’ve dealt with similar things in other areas of my life.

I tried to explain to the customer service,some woman named Marry Krusky but no matter how many times I explained it she just didn't seem to understand the simple situation so I gave up.
