This really really works!! I did this last night and he called me at 8 this morning after not communicating for a week. We are going out tomorrow for lunch.
This was the only meditation I did, the lunch was great !! We are slowly getting to know each other, so far so good. I have set boundaries and he’s respectful, plus he’s fineeeee!!

its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring her back

Update: it’s 7 hours later and we are back together. We have plans for tomorrow and we had a great night. That’s after a horrible break up and no contact and he and I both said we were done and he said he’s moving on. Literally did the meditation today and we are back together by tonight and have been broken up for a while and completely no contact for over a week after he decided he can’t do this anymore, literally came back apologised and said he can’t imagine not being with me and he loves me and wants to try again.
