Great to see another Aussie booktuber on here!! I am too, in Melbourne; and actually work in a bookstore - so it's great to see what Aussies are reading which of course then helps in selling books!! (Where up to the 2nd in the Harry Potter MinaLima editions in Australia; the newest illustrated edition by Jim Kay is due for release soon.......and that would 100% annoy me if BigW were to send me books like that and them get damaged and I would be going to my local and demanding they either give me a refund or get one shipped at their costs to store for me! As I would never sell a book with any kind of damage - and believe me I have seen some absolute stunners in terms of damage come into store or later found on shelf from people mistreating!!)
