On immunostaining, if you have loss of MLH1 you will have loss of PMS2 and if you have loss of MSH2 you will have loss of MSH6. If you have loss of PMS2 then MLH1 will be intact. Same for MSH6, when lost MSH2 is intact. The scenario of loss MLH1 and MSH2 with intact PMS2 and MSH6 cannot happen.
If staining positive in IHC means that marker is present kno mam, so that's stable na..like last pic showing postive tumor staining of msh 2 , that means MSH2 instability is not ther na.... absence of IHC staining for MMR proteins we have to look na mam???
What is the meaning of NO Microsatelite instabilty has been demonstrated. That is the report of Histopathology. Please explain in simple words.. Thanks
