As an Optometrist, I suggest better to go for Blue protection lenses rather than Blue block lenses.. There is difference between both.. We need essential blue light for regular sleep cycle.. Blue block lenses ll block essential & harmful blue light which is not good for health ☺️☺️☺️

Specmakers are very good I always buy my specs from them and they do servicing for free like tightning the screws for specs basic things, because if you use specs regularly it will become loose and whenever I take it there they do it for free.
