When I hit tab on the keyboard, the highlighted field does not move in the order listed in the table. How can I resolve that?

I have a question, that can we have one single form for entering data into two tables with different name's,
have common fields...?
It is possible to add data to more than one table from a single form. If a table is connected to another table (with a table relationship), Access will add a subform automatically when you create a form based on the table. It looks like my access version does not show a pop up with the button command wizard, struggling to create an action for the button. Is it a build event?
Unfortunately, we can't provide specific troubleshooting advice.
I had to click the drop-down button for the controls section on the Design tab, and right-click and add Use Controls Wizards to my quick access bar. In the quick access bar, I made sure it was on by looking for the icon to shadowed. I then had to go to the design view instead of the layout view. Then I selected the button from the controls section and in the detail section on the form I held the left mouse button to create the button to the size I wanted. As soon as I let go of the left mouse button the wizard finally opened.
how to let users use this form , is there any good way i don't want my users open Access every time ?

Could Access forms be used to create a questionnaire consisting of hundreds of questions?
Forms can certainly be used for this, although each question will probably need to be manually created. We're not sure if there's a way to speed up the process, but we feel like it would be a fairly involved form. We hope this helps!
I was wondering because right now I have a table with ID's for each question and answer plus the text for every answer and question in those tables. But if I could just make a form with multiple fields it would work in a similar manner maybe? Just curious, thank you for your quick response.

entering data in the form does not enter it in the table it is based on
