That was a mix of a video i thought you was actually going in the water still the boat is more stable now interesting with your friends boat and life raft at the end was funny hope you feel better soon see you next week
It’s normal I think to have some lows.. that’s one of the reasons I watch your channel for example:) to get energy again to continue my boat works😊 and because it’s the best, naturally.
Not only CAN you do it, you ARE doing it. Over 30,000 subscribers now, so you must be doing something right! Hang in there, we can't wait to see you floating again.
As more water came out of the keel when Seabird was moved have you thought about blowing air in under pressure in some of the drilled holes. Just to see if it can be dried.
Hi you are doing fantastic just remember life is a leading curve don't get out off . Making your dreams come true is not a easy thing to do . Love and best wishes Wolfgang
Marina you are doing a great job. Keep Stu working on the hull and you are keeping us all entertained with your quirky videos and varied content, love it all.
Glad to see your educating her Stu... 😂 🇬🇧🧙♂️ International wombles. Basalt fiber is far less itchy than glass and safer ...as well as balisticaly superior.. and impervious to a lot of stuff.
“Yeah, we’re fucking Wombles!” Best youtube quote EVER right there mate. I don’t even sail but check in now and again on your channel now and again. Stay lucky guys. Throw up a skip diving video. 🍻👍🏻👊🏻🏴
Brilliant as ever. Marina your cheerful pessimism is a big part of the appeal of this endeavour but I’m sure it’s not always easy to maintain. Try and keep it up you’re both a real inspiration to everyone about what’s important in life. Put Eek-A-Mouse on and have a good skank! ❤
You’re doing great! Try finishing the windows, that way you can a. Have a dry boat, and b. When you feel down you can look at them and think that it’s something that is done. Focusing on jobs that are 100% complete is a good way to keep up morale.
You guys are doing great work on an old boat don't get to frustrated with the project take some time off and keep your spirits up the end will come and all the work will be a memory.
All the hard work, And now your yacht is moving along. It’s clearly documented. This part of a rebuild is painstakingly slow. Few things done. Keeping spirits high can so difficult at times. Sorry you will get knocked in the teeth a few more times. Then the finishing will start. Reminding me of so many times all that work for the final coat of finish. this is something not many can really achieve. Not being a downer the rewards are worth it. 😊. Your both sacrificing for your journey. Yours to Master.
Being on the "hard' certainly needs the correct Cradle!! Yay for you both! The Girl with the lead needs better self protection-dangerous gases come out of that melt-her husband knows better. I hate to see anybody hurt! Yes, Stu, eventually you wake up, glad to share that morning scene-thanks for that share. Take care both-as you are really making serious headway now. Cheers!!
Dont get disheartened, you two are doing a great job, Just think of all the adventures you two will have in the future! I will say tho. dont scrimp on the little jobs as that will come back to bite you when you least need it, get it done but do it right!
Hey Girl, I loved your Bilge Dance. Great to see you happy for a while. You are both on a refit that is like eating the elephant....One bite at a time. Try not to worry at the work ahead but instead look at your wins so far. Seabird is looking great and wish you all success in completing and getting back on the water. Happy shopping Stu. I like your persistence and work ethic.
You guys are really fun to watch. I know the sanding is not fun but you have made a lot of progress. The old engine is gone, leaks have been fixed, the boat cleaned and the aft deck made more useable. The boat looks great in her new cradle. Just remember you have thousands of subscribers who watch your videos every week so don't be discouraged.
One day you will be in the sun some wer lovely Marina and stew as well I can see you floating up the French canals again and soon chin up don't for get that ok love your channel ok seabird👍👍💯💯💯💯⛵👍💯
The horizon is where you are headed Marina. Ignore the choppy waters in between and keep an eye on where you are headed. Really look forwards to your latest video each week. Keep up the great work, you will succeed.
If I decyphered the letters on the xylophone correctly, they are "I h d g d l", what in Germany is the abbreviation for "Ich hab dich ganz doll lieb!" and what translates to english "I love you so much!". Keep on going with your heads up! I like your videos so much, probably - as being retired - I love watching people while they're working😅
I rarely comment, but it's nice to see other people see it too! Your videos are great, I've been watching since just before the new boat. what you've undertaken is some job and you are going at it, but the coolest thing is hearing and seeing so much more from Stu over the past few weeks. What a dude. He seemed before that to be the quiet man, but that's clearly not the case! Positivity, craic, and serious drive- what an absolute top guy and hero! Elena-sane goes for you, but I think we saw that more! Fair play to both of you. Love it. Gwan the wombles!!!!!! ❤
Wow, so nice to see your energy put towards saving an old boat. As I watch your friends melting lead I shutter to think of the danger of what she's doing.i blew up a lead pot with too little protection, and relieved 2nd and third degree burns. Please ask her to get proper body protection. Large burns are life threatening, and very disfiguring. Being low budget should not mean messing up your life. I'm also a retired ems/firefighter,so you can understand my concern. I will say, I get encouragement to keep going on my old boat project, from you two. So thanks for that. I'm 69 and move a bit slower then you do. I wish you well.😊
I think people watching your videos are inspired by your work and I hope there will be more and more saved boats and fixed equipment from the dumpsters in the future instead of only buying new stuff. Heads up and enjoy the time spent working together :) hi from Croatia
Try not to let the size of the job over whelm you. In a few short years, when you're out on the seven seas, you'll look back and think "why did we worry?". Keep up your spirits and your good work. Greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪.
Keep up the spirit girl, look after yourself. I just love your videos and seeing how much progress you make. I wish your episodes were double as long because it is over so soon. Cannot wait for your splash day!
Another great episode 😊 As a non sailor myself, I'm surprised how much im loving your restoration project, I can't wait for each episode. So looking forward to seeing seabird in the water 😊👍 You and Stu make a brilliant team.
Hey, hang in there, I love your episodes! The Seabird is a beautiful boat and it was nice to see her moved onto a new cradle. Also, loved the bilge dance, and the life raft swimming pool. Take care, can't wait until your next episode. Cheers!!!
Seabird is looking great - in her new cradle you'll be able to finish the hull and keel in no time ! She looked so big while being moved too. You're both doing so well - yes, it's a long job but you're getting there. Such a difference seeing those early shots.
Try not to underestimate the enormous value of your videos to those of us following at home. What you are doing together is amazing and greatly valued. Chin up sweetheart and make Stu take a few consecutive days off. You both need your downtime together. All work and no play makes jack a dull boy. Just show us around the neighbourhood even. Go well both. ❤
You two are an inspiration! I was hoping you could tell us where you two grew up? Maybe a little of your past. Thank you and please don't stop, you're amazing.
Seabird is looking more and more like a beautiful vessel. I love seeing you progress as i am sure you do. But unlike you, i will be happy and sad to see it finish. Your videos have become an important part of my week.
Hang in there guys, i know your working with what you've got.. And that's what makes it all the more challenging and real.. Watching your sucess story unfold along the way. Lord knows i have my own challenges to conquer as well. Cheers, love your series. Keep up the good fight, you got it team💪⛵🏡
Good job, good job. When looking at the big picture it can get and be so overwhelming. One day at a time, always moving forward and when the launching takes place, you'll look back and think well hell that wasn't so bad and it really went by pretty quickly. Love the videos and Stuarts always calming influence. You make a great team.
You guys are entertaining and humble. Definitely a style of your own and refreshing to watch. You took Mark out of his shell and gave him a lot of confidence. He never put up his mainsail until he met you two. So you Definitely inspire others and we look forward to every little step of progress. Keep going.
Hello to the two little (honorary) French wombles. Seabird looked splendid when she was in the slings next to the water.......as you said - so near yet so far. Please dont feel dispirited because the two of you have worked miracles with the old boat. Perhaps you should watch your first episode of sailing seabird and see for yourselves how far you have come. Keep looking forward and tick the tasks completed off the list. Have faith ❤❤❤
20:25 Nice Moves Madrileña!! 😊 KEEP your Spirits Up! You guys are doing great and your videos and Positive attitudes are always a welcome part of our lives. Abrazos Marina & Stew
GREAT video! We look forward to seeing you every week. 😎 LOVE the new cradle. (We’re on jack stands. Spent our weekend working on our laserette. Mixed a lot of epoxy, installed coosa board, filler, sanded…itchy, first piece of fiber glass over all. More glass next time.) LOVED your bilge dancing! Ours is too narrow to dance.) 😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️😎
Sounds great! It's always good to do some fibreglass work. Feels like you're building something. We are just plodding away as normal. A few little wins, makes us happy. Thanks for the encouragement. Cheers for watching 😃
Hi there I have never commented before but truly thought that the boat looked so beautiful when it was moving such lovely lines so don't get down hearted you are doing a great job and it will be worth all the effort when it's done and your sailing to exotic places and relaxing having a few sundowners cheers from OZ
Marina, sorry to hear you are feeling a bit down. If it helps I love your videos - they are a good mix of interesting work on Seabird, boatyard life, and little unexpected bonuses. I love your honesty, talking about the ups and downs. Remember at the conclusion of the project you will have an amazing boat that you know is seaworthy and safe not to mention beautiful looking just like you (Oh and Stu). Take care, look after yourself. Cheers
You guys are awesome, so funny and well done video, from Stu swinging the thing, to the bilge dance and the bare feet doing the melting 😂 Keep it up and the spirits high 😂❤
Hang in there Marina, a refit like your one is going to take time, and living in the boat whilst you are working on it can't be easy. Keep your eyes on the prize, it will be worth it once you have finished and are sailing her.
Love to see you guys work! I was telling my father, who's a passionate boat builder, about your adventures and misadventures with the keel. Glad to see how far you've come in the restoration! Keep it up! 😊
Hello Steward and Marine, i am following your channel from Mauritius, I admire and enjoy what you guys doing and achieving. Keep up the good work and looking forward to watching your future content and wish you all the best' cheers guys. 🤩🤩
You're doing great- not just the boat work but your videos are great, your vibe is awesome. When you feel down, think of us who are just on the verge of our own adventure and how you're helping to inspire us!
You have success after success! Your progress is going well and your channel has over 30k subs!!! You are doing great! I know some days might not be as fantastic as others for you but know that there are a bunch of us out here waiting every week to cheer you on!
As the instruction said '' Keep your morale up'', You two are doing an amazing job and should be very proud of it. I know it seems to take forever but it is a huge undertaking and much patience is required, but the end result will make it all worthwhile. Heres hoping you get back to enjoying what you do and keep us poor landlocked buggers entertained with your wonderful vids! Thank You!!!!!
She's not scruffy at all she looks awesome from the angles we got to see her when she was swapping cradles. Unfortunately now Stuart has a few more spots he can sand where the old cradle pads were. Looking great guys keep up the good work 👍
Oh. I’m getting far behind. Left in the dust. I see they are leaving the travel lift in one area, and bringing the boats to it for shuffling around now. Making the best use of it’s time. The new cradle looks terrific. It gives more square centimeters of support on the hull, it’s stronger, more stable, gets the keel up, and gives access to the spots on the hull that needed sanding. This weekend I have to catch up. About three more videos. You guys are doing great. Thanks and take care.
Keep Going, we all believe in you and want to see you succeed. Its great to see you getting that sanding done nearly, after which I'm sure you will both be relieved. Then it will be repair and paint - look forward to that. The stand is going to help get the patches finished and seem sturdy for when winter arrives. Loving the videos, look forward to them each week. Good luck! Mike Sewell ❤😊
That was a mix of a video i thought you was actually going in the water still the boat is more stable now interesting with your friends boat and life raft at the end was funny hope you feel better soon see you next week

Seabird looks good cruising on the road, can only imagine how good it will look on the water.
Just catching up. Great episode, I love your attitude. Bilge dancing was great! Keep going, Seabird is looking great!
