I recently watched a video by Instructor Bryon Smedley on his customizable VBA Macro code for Excel, and I was thoroughly impressed. Bryon has an exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts, making it easy to understand how to use his code for sending copies of spreadsheets directly from within Excel. It's fantastic that he has dedicated his time to developing this code and generously offers it to anyone interested in utilizing it. A heartfelt thank you to Bryon for his contribution and clear instruction!

Dear Bryon, you have absolutely no idea how much time you have saved me. I send approx 25-50 reports A DAY - guess what I am going to do at work tomorrow :)....

A low code alternative is power automate desktop. It has autohotkey capabilities with some error handling, and highly compatible with existing VBA solutions as it can run excel macros.

Yes, sir. You are absolutely correct. This would be a solution for those not eager to dive into the wonderful world of Power Automate. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment.

That’s maybe better than the way I was doing it? I made a custom Outlook ribbon with all the buttons for instantly added the relevant document(s).
But That custom ribbon is buggy and Outlook like to either hang or crash on load, so stopped using it.
I never thought about doing it this way.
    Thanks.👍😀

I’m not sure. I’m no Teams expert, but I’ll look into it. This might require a Power Automate solution with OneDrive.
