Sir in last table that is table of moore machine you hav written q2 instead of q20 &q21 and about q4 you have written itad it is means q40 & q41 so can you explain why??

because of q20 and q21 performing same operation means for same input q20 and q21 gives the same output that means q20 and q21 are same hence we use q21=q20=q2

wrong explanation !!! while finding out which present state need to be splitted, we have to find that PS in NS column for different inputs and see if there the outputs are different. You have taken such an example where the fault of the process doesn't come out.
