As a former Reserve Eagle Driver, darn best tactical aircraft in the world. Past, present, and future. Very capable of out-maneuvering the F22, MiG-57, and Su-30. Excellent for close-air-support. It'll remain in service till the B-52s, are officially retired. Just because it's an old airframe, does not mean it's obsolete.
@dansffospottingandetc I guess it's because of cost and numbers. The maintenance on an F-15 is expensive plus you have two seaters and one seaters. Also, because they were about half the price but not as good as an F-15 the Air Force ordered 4,400 F-16s built for us and our allies. But Japan and Saudi Arabia were the only customers. Now it's getting the glory it deserved a long time ago.
@@anthonyfuqua6988 another part is the fact that ACC doesn't operate any active F-15C/Ds and all the E's are too mission essential. All the official demo teams are ACC, so the only F-15s that can fly at airshows are ANG. The reason they're showing up now is because they're so close to replacement, either by F-35s or F-15EXs depending on the unit. They're flying the heck out of these airframes to essentially make the most of them while they're still around. My hope is that F-15EXs that are assigned to Eglin and thereby ACC might get a demo team that way, but I'm doubtful.
Yeah, happens way more often than it should. I watched from the parking garage - also where this was recorded from. Flat fee of $22 for the whole day. Bring some drinks and snacks and you're set.
Are you serious? Because that's one of the wrongest statements I've ever seen on here. 104 kills to 0 shootdowns. It's got the best record of any air superiority fighter in history..
The single-seaters are the most beautiful Eagles. They are becoming rarer and rarer as the years go by.
I heard that they are retiring all f15s soon, I hope it's all rumors
@@MattyLMurda the F-15C. But the E and EX remains
Many thanks for all efforts God bless you 🙏
Got to see the second F-15 in this video (83-0041) parked at the NAS Oceana air show; really wish it was in the sky though
Agreed. Eagles may be pretty, but they're definitely prettier doing Mach 0.99 than they are on the ground
I was there!
Cheers from Brazil 🫡
still my favorite fighter.

Right on! Combat record speaks for itself.
Love the F15
Come out to the Dayton Airshow in 2024 in Dayton Ohio!
I plan on it! Should be one for the history books!
Awesome ❤
Saw them in Cleveland- Impressive!!!
Gotta love the Eagle!
Louisiana Air National Guard 159th unit. "Bayou Militia"
The F-15 C's are the sexiest by far!!
Agreed!
Sounds of freedom
Nice work😊Love it✴️
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed!
Bro they were Mach edging
And to think they can go almost 1000mph faster than that!
Man what a beautiful video
Thanks for the no music and just letting the jets do all the talking
Glad you enjoyed! That's the way it should be.
Wow
Sounds like the Singapore F-15
Wow❤❤❤❤
The F-15 isn't put in airshows that often. Usually it's the F-16 or even F-22.
It's definitely a rare sight, so a real treat to catch when it comes around!

@@dansffospottingandetc Yes. I believe they will end up buying more F-15EXs than F-35As.
@@anthonyfuqua6988 I sure hope so, the ol' girl's got more life left in her yet!
Love it! Would have attended but they decided to jack up the gate prices and parking to a stupid level.
