I kind of like 2:00 to 3:00, seeing the crossed form slowly spins out until it starts twisting. I also like how starting at around 5:00, there's no longer any harmonic pause. Overall, beyond a great display of mathematics, it's a great analogy of creation, going from perfection to brokenness, but still ongoing nonetheless.
