Oooh I love this!! I can do a video on this!! 💗💗 I feel like give each piece of content/style 3 times & if it’s not working, throw it into ChatGPT and ask it why they think it’s not performing!
LISTENNNNNNNN!!! what you said about batching content is literally the VERY thing that I try to explain to people! Like omgggg , the energy be off and the energy does not lie! I literally thought I was the only person in the world that felt this way 😱
I don’t work a 9 to 5 job but I’m a stay at home mom so I’m pretty much working all around the clock lol especially at times like this when my husband is overseas for work (military). I don’t have a dedicated mom channel so I’m generally doing most of my content around my kids’ schedules. Your advice has been so helpful! Thank you so much for what you do, girl. Love it here. 🫶🏾
i’m not a corporate girly but i love your focus on mental health for content creation! your approach and mindset is so inspiring and reassuring at the same time, i could listen to u talk about it for hours❤
I actually really needed to hear that “less is more” mindset. I’m starting my scientific career while also growing my TH-cam and Substack so I’ve had soooo many ideas. I then had the brilliant idea to ALSO bump up to 2 weekly videos on TH-cam and lowkey started burning myself out this month trying to do every single thing 😅 I’ve simplified my approach and can literally feel my shoulders backing away from hugging my ears
Omg I'm SO glad I'm not the only one who's not a batching and scheduling type creator!! 😭 I don't have a 9-5, but I like more of the flexible structure aspect. I have YT, IG and a podcast for my new brand, so my content feels more fresh when its not batched. I thought I was a literal weirdo 😅
I’m at work watching this because I have a burning desire to grow my TH-cam Channel and add so much value to others. I love your TH-cam channel and I am so grateful for all you do for all of us who are just trying to figure it out.
This resonated with me so much!!! As a full-time 9-5 girlie and building a TH-cam channel for the past two years! I probably cry daily from burnout hahaha! I truly need to build a process!!! Thank you for this!!!
I have a similar feeling about leaving my full time job as a professor. I could have stayed longer saved money and had less pressure to grow my own business sustainably and sanely 😅
Tess, I needed this entire video! Thank you! I work a 9-5 as a therapist but I am also personal branding as a therapist, writer, and speaker on socials. I had to start over on IG due to my first account getting compromised. I realized that I feel burnt out on IG even though I like the app. But I feel so boxed in on IG as I have a lot to say. And I have been gravitating to creating more long form content. I seem to have more audiences on LinkedIn and TH-cam. I needed what you said about testing things out and not pushing yourself too hard. It’s okay to not post 24/7.
love your videos! I found them recently and they have been helping me organize my thoughts and feelings towards growing my social media a lot! the cringe from co-workers is sooo real! I try to control myself and turn it into an opportunity to get constructive criticism or just simply feedback "thanks for supporting my work. what kind of videos do you like and I should make more?" it's almost like a business meeting haha girl, I have been doing the social media game for a LONG time. it's been 8 years since I started posting on instagram as a fashion account and the growth has been ridiculously slowwwww. These past 5 years I have been taking it very seriously and still no results. I post everyday, I focus on instagram, youtube and tiktok. I keep learning about the best ways to do it (hashtags, stories, reels, etc) but nothing really does a difference. So I'm thinking it must be the content itself...but that is harder to evaluate myself, specially without destroying all my self confidence at once. Any suggestions?
I never know if what I’m doing “doesn’t work” or if it’s just about persistence
Honestly same and it kils mee
might be worth it to pay for someone to review your content and give feedback :)
same here :(
@@privvvvvveven they don’t know 🥹 I think you just have to do what feels good

What is a carasoul
it's posting several photos or videos in one single post on instagram. Like you can make one post with 10 photos
