Update on the first guy: He kept on his journey and managed to lose over 600 more lbs and is now happy and alot healthier!

She took advantage of the wheelchair , got lazy, gained weight and now she can barely walk. Im happy some ppl can have will power

I remember one time him coming home for a weekend and just breaking down, because he didn’t feel as though he was making a meaningful enough impact, and that ‘people die anyway regardless of what I do’.
My mum and I convinced him to go to the NHS counselling service, which specialises in counselling for NHS workers, and he says that it’s the best decision he ever made.
What people have to face and deal with in jobs like paramedics / firemen / nurses / doctors can often be completely overwhelming and devastating, but there is help out there to help you to deal with those emotions, and it’s important to take it.

The first guy slightly annoyed me when he was blaming his dad. Yeah his dad shouldn't bring him that food but he's also asking for that food. So he's part of the problem as well, can't put all the blame everyone else and take no blame

glad to see i’m not the only one who bursts into uncontrollable laughter when things are depressing. at least none of the people can see james.... i had to hold back laughter years ago when my math teacher was tearfully telling us about a family friends kid who died.......... it was not funny and i didn’t think it was but boy was it hard not to laugh out of nervousness

You guys should watch more of just Amy and Tammy. Their two sisters who are very overweight and are on their Journey to get in better shape but it’s a bit scuffed, funny and not dark. The first show is more just to scare people to eat better and work out. Tammy and Amy are a bit more light hearted and enjoyable.
These two are hysterical - the episode where one has to call an ambulance because she had three Chinese takeaways in 24 hours and thought she was going to die was so funny
its dark imo maybe not overtly but it is dark if you look past the funny they try to sell
I mean one of them was rly horrible. The one who lost weight and stuck to her diet and eventually had a kid seems super sweet. The other one was described as manipulative and lazy. She used a lot of the people around her for the things she wanted and always turned the attention back to her even when her sister was getting married and especially when she was pregnant.

As a person with an eating disorder, normally i avoid videos like these because the people who react to them generally are insensitive and make comments which worry me about my body. But you guys approached this in a respectful but humorous way. So thank you, for making a video funny but also being mindful of every situation/different perspectives.
