I feel the same when I haven't had enough sleep, my solution to this is to go to bed early. That way I am also more likely to get up for fajr. If it is possible, try to get a nap between dhur & asr prayer

I work in a hospital ER so lunch time Very. At times I can do on time like Zuhr. And Jummra. If I miss as soon I get home I do Zuhr before Asr. I maybe late but at the end of the day. SUBHANALLAH I do my 5 prayer a day. I don't say to myself naw I miss Fajr so forget about that one. No no no. I don't do that and won't do that. I do my very best to do my pray and try to be on time. May Allah bless me and forgive me. AMEEN.
We r all not perfect and may Allah guide us all, however let’s try not to miss Fajr, Asr and Esha with congregation, these are the most important Salah among the five prayers

I’m not a Muslim, but I do believe that a real God doesn’t have a religion, or a faith, or a modality but a real God is nothing but pure love, God is within us all without prayer, religion or religious beliefs. The real God is within us ALL! We are humans, despite our beliefs, nationalism, sexuality, etc. We can all have peace without the need of religion or a faith for all religions have been created by mankind. God is within us all all. If prayer worked, this world would not suffer from poverty, murder, disease, injustice, suicide, depression, cancer, extermination of humans based on their race or religious backgrounds, radical religious beliefs, terrorism under a name of a god or a beliefs, Christians, Catholics, Muslims, and most religions have blood in their hands. Most fighting exist because the belief that their god is greater than the other god. When will this madness end? What makes Islam the real religion when thousands of others exist? Not trying to cause any problems but as a human some of us have questions. Pain and suffering exist, injustice, envy, you name and many of these questions don’t have an answer… if God or Allah loved me, show me!
The fact that you're here and you're seeking answers is proof Allah loves you and wants you to turn to him. I pray you find your way brother/sister. Search even if it takes days, months, years. Talk to god and ask that you are guided to whatever the right path for you may be. I hope you find the real islam and you will find peace in your heart. Muslims struggle with Salah, we must try to pray but we are not strong some times we miss prayer.
